By far the best Dunkin I've ever been to. They never mess up an order. The drive thru moves incredibly fast. The staff get to know regulars even though this place is always buzzing with tons of customers.

This is hands down the best Dunkin in the state of MA. Its ran by brazilians who do it better than anyone else. I've been going here for over a year consistently and not once have they made me a bad coffee. They toast the bagels, they give you napkins, the coffee is never burnt. The design of the drive through is tough but they are speedy always. I drive 20 minutes on my days off to go to this dunkin bc I know it will never disappoint.

Usually good but not today… gave me wrong order. Charged for a large. Got a medium. Thought maybe their large cup shrunk… nope. Label on the cup clearly says medium. They were super busy but that’s really no excuse to not pay attention to what orders you’re giving to customers. Also ordered with milk, not cream. Disappointed.

Terrible customer service the lady at the drive through with black glasses repeatedly told me I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel I didn’t even know those existed when I said I ordered a plain bagel. She proceeded to keep yelling at me aggressively and kept saying “You ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel right” I was so confused and kept saying no I just ordered a plain bagel and on the verge to cry because she was making a scene over a bagel. I truly didn’t even know what a cinnamon raisin bagel was and did not say that. She then shoved the bag at me through the window in drive thru. Truly the worst experience ever and would never recommend this Dunkin again. Going to call corporate about this incident.

The employees at this Dunkin are the best! They know my name, as I am quite a regular customer, everything is always quick, correctly made, and they are overall very friendly. They greet me when I walk in, and always have a smile on their faces.

The only downside to this location is the parking lot/drive thru as it is almost impossible to get out of there in a timely manner when it’s busy since the drive thru leaves no room to get past it to exit.
