How do you give a place negative stars? We have been going here for a long time and I know the service can be slow. However, 25 minutes and only water to show for it, is completely unacceptable. Why even seat a customer when you are that far behind? Maybe warn them that they are behind and it could be a while before you get served. A little honesty goes a long way. We have limited choices due to the fact that we need to get Gluten Free food...but this place is clearly off the list. We even saw a bar patron pour their glass of wine, so they did not have wait any longer...truly sad. Best of luck with your business and the absolutely atrocious service.

Tried to eat at Feng's tonight. Have always loved it. My daughter gave our name and we were told it would be a 10 minute wait for the 5 of us. There were plenty of tables, but understaffed. I understand. My husband met us and he genuinely asked the woman at the desk " I don't understand what we are waiting for. " service!" she answered then went on to berate us for asking, i can seat you but no one will be able to wait on you blah blah. Rudest person ever. We left , drove 8 minutes to Tulip and we were seated right away. Very busy with plenty of waitstaff and good attitudes. Guess Fengs didn't want the $150. They seemed to cater to their bar crowd. Really too bad

Went there after my friend did some research for a Gluten Free Chinese food place that was closer than Maine. Walked in, seated quickly, no problems. Server came over and immediately began making weird jokes and over sharing about her life. She seemed intoxicated or on something. She then brought us over some very weird cold kabobs as a snack because she couldn't use them for something. Okay. Then her rowdy regulars at the bar began being very loud and obnoxious at 4:00 on a Sunday. One gentleman went outside and mooned us. Literally. I saw a grown man's butt. Then he got in his car and begin driving! The bartender just looked and shook her head. Is it not your job to ensure that your patrons don't drive home drunk? Not to mention the next day my Gluten Free friend was sick as a dog. Clearly the food was not made separate from non gluten free options. All in all just don't go here. Unless you want poor quality food and drunk old man showing you their assets.

Did an online order. Missing a dish. Because of online, they can't refund because of a 3rd party system. Fried rice dish was white rice with a few extras. Egg rolls are very good, but missing hot mustard. Staff are rude over the phone. Generals chicken was over fried. Mongolian beef with not spicy as ordered. Staff were not wearing a mask. Would not order from them again

If you can't manage to service the restaurant, you can't offer take-out. I feel badly for the under-staffed who are CLEARLY are over-extended. Sitting at a table it took 90+ minutes to get appetizers and there is a full lobby of people waiting for takeout on the backs of two staff members. Management take notice. I'm a loyal patron but this is the third time (and last time we'll be here) as it appears you don't understand or care what is actually happening on the ground.

Went for lunch today. Only person working was the supposed "manager" or "owner" like it matters. She (wish I got a name) was managing tables (1 table) and the bar (with 2 people max) and takeout. She was extremely unfriendly from the beginning, felt like we were an inconvenience. She cut us off after one scorpion bowl and shot but sat at the bar drinking a Bloody Mary her self. She continued to sit there without even bringing us the check. I had to walk up to the bar where she was sitting and drinking alcohol to have my bill. Disgusting.

The bar manager was a train wreck. The place is a disaster. Single worst service I've ever experienced.

I ordered take out and would say that the food I ordered was well prepared and to my liking. It was good, not the best I had but I was satisfied with it overall. The disappointment was in the take out process. I placed the order online and when I arrived to pick it up I stood at the host/hostess stand for close to 10 minutes. I was being patient figuring the person was in back working on other to-go orders. At that point the one person I could see working at the bar yelled over to ask if I was there for take out and I said yes. After another 10 minutes the same person went running by me and asked my name on the order and told me she was covering the bar, tables, and the to-go all by herself and she would get to me when she could. I watched her for another 5 or 10 minutes running around table to table so much so I almost wanted to pitch in to help her. Someone then arrived back to the restaurant whom I am guessing was an owner or the manager who then asked if I was there for take out. He spent the next ten or so minutes punching things into the POS system went out back and then came to give me my order. I am a really patient person especially when I know they are struggling with no staffing but there really wasn't much of an apology or an level of customer services for the fact that picking up a to-go over took me 30 minutes. After a horrible day of work I just wanted to run in, pick up some food, and get home. At some point when you don't have enough staff all you are doing is disappointing all your customers by giving bad service.

Sushi was great! Other plates wasn't too bad but it's so disgusting how there was lipstick stain from the woman before on my martini glass. The plates wasn't clean either, looks like it was only rinse off with water. Very unsanitary.

Gone WAY downhill since reopening. Ordered takeout. Pad thai to be exact. pieces of chicken, very little egg. NO SHRIMP. And to top it off, a long black hair on my food. NEVER AGAIN. And we use to patronize this establishment several time per month. DONE!

Not to be one of those stereotypical reviews, but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed an order on Monday (8/9) evening over the phone and was told it would be 20 minutes. Two of my friends also placed orders but over the online system (operated through Grubhub). We arrived about 30 minutes later and were 'greeted' quite abrasively from the bartender. The interaction that followed was awkward and hostile, were told that the "system glitched" and that it would be 20 minutes. I was told my order wasn't ready (but noticed an order waiting that turned out 30 minutes later to have been mine all along). My other two friends finally got their order. We arrived home. One of my friends received a completely wrong order. My "vegetable pad Thai" had literally no sauce and almost no vegetables. I paid $13+ tip for noodles from a box. After the unpleasant interaction and complete lack of customer service, I was really counting on the food to be good. With as many similar styles of restaurants in the area, I recommend searching elsewhere as this was remarkably lacking in many areas.

I'm going to preface this review by saying that both myself and my boyfriend worked in the service industry for years across several busy restaurants and bars. We have the utmost respect for those still working in the restaurant industry, and understand how hard it can be when places are understaffed. We both tried to stay positive about our most recent dining experience at Feng's, but it was awful and inexcusable. We walked in at were directed to seat ourselves by the bartender, a woman named Sara(h?). It took about ten minutes for her to bring menus over, but we realized that she was the only person working (it seemed) so we were more than happy to wait. It took another ten minutes to get our drinks -- a coke and a water. When we placed our order, she didn't bother to write anything down. At first, I was going to be in awe of her memory... then she came back after a few minutes to ask us what we ordered again. Our sushi was delivered and entirely eaten before our lo mein even reached the table. And this place wasn't very busy -- only about 15 customers in the entire place between the bar rail and the adjacent tables. We both finished our drinks before we finished our food, and we were never even asked if we wanted refills or acknowledged. After finishing our food, we sat with a pile of dirty dishes for 15 minutes before we managed to ask for our check. We got our check another ten minutes or so later... then she took my card, wrapped the check around it, and stuck it directly into her bra/tank top. GROSS. She continued to walk around, make drinks, and socialize with clients with my card poking out of her shirts for at least fifteen minutes. Finally my boyfriend and I stood up and ready to leave, it seems it was only then she remembered she had my card. When she returned my card, she thanked us for our patience.... we shouldn't have had to be that patient. I understand being busy, but she spent the majority of the time socializing with her regulars at the bar, rather than focusing on all the customers equally. I watched another table come in and sit at a table about 20 minutes before I left, and they still hadn't been greeted by the time I walked out the door. We've been to Feng's several times before, and never had any problems with staff. And the food is always delicious. However, Sarah is the worst server I have ever had. Stop spending all your time gossiping with regulars and do your job, which is to provide quality service to ALL paying customers.

We mostly do take outs once a month. Person who takes the phone order is always pleasant and wonderful and has a patience of an angel. We get our usuals egg foo young-it's very good. Crispy on the outside and fluffy and tasty inside. They put the gravy in a separate dish (that's a big plus). Crab Rangoon-of all the Asian restaurants out there, Feng's has THE best. It's stuffed well and cook to its crisp. Love the crunch in every bite. Beef fried rice -it's really good w/chucks of very tender beef. Beef teriyaki -it's very tender but it's too sweet for my taste. They need to tone down the sugar additives. I won't get that again. Boneless spareribs -too dried & sweet. Yet it's my son's favorite. Overall the employees are wonderful and the restaurant is clean and inviting.

I love this place! The food is excellent and the people that work there are so nice and welcoming that it feels like home to me! My go to place every week for sure!
