This is my first visit to their Wakefield location. The Winchester mass location is also excellent. Great service, high-quality bakery products easily accessible. Would highly recommend!

What can I say about Gingerbread Construction Co? There is absolutely nothing bad about this place... UNLESS they run out of your favorite muffin before you get there! I call it "My Happy Place." I bought one pumpkin muffin the last time I was there. Simply unheard of since I never walk out of the place without 6 of them!! The servers are always pleasant and are eager to assist people. The atmosphere is incredible. There are so many cute things to look at. There's coffee, smoothies, homemade cookies, muffins, loaves, and confections. Galore. Great place. Stop and smell the goodness!

I went yesterday with my family, and I stood in the front for five minutes, with no one asking me if I was ready to order there was a female in front of me who ignored me the whole time until another lady walked in and asked me if I needed help, and that same time a couple walked in and the female the first saw me there waiting for five minutes, went directly to help them instead of helping me that I was there waiting for five minutes. I love this place, but I felt like it was very disappointing because I was there with my family and we were ignored

You think you're going to the cutest, lil gingerbread store for some really great treats with some really sweet staff, but instead you're met with the most atrocious customer service, sorry to bother you ma'am, I thought this was your job. The muffins are not that good, geesh, first visit and for sure the last.

The muffins were okay, But the customers service was absolutely horrible .The women who work there are ridiculous Asking people over and over how many items people will be buying before anyone has a chance to look , They also have No labels. So you have to guess what everything is , and when you ask what something is the seen annoyed , not only do the customers not know what they are ordering , The employees also do not know what they are selling ? As we ordered a choc chip and a blueberry and we got two blueberry lmao never ever again ..label your stuff
