I went yesterday with my family, and I stood in the front for five minutes, with no one asking me if I was ready to order there was a female in front of me who ignored me the whole time until another lady walked in and asked me if I needed help, and that same time a couple walked in and the female the first saw me there waiting for five minutes, went directly to help them instead of helping me that I was there waiting for five minutes. This is my first visit to their Wakefield location. The Winchester mass location is also excellent. Great service, high-quality bakery products easily accessible. Would highly recommend!
