Absolute garbage service. They saw a duplicate order and they didn't know how to cancel one

I had a very stressful and frustrating experience with an employee on Wednesday, December 17, around 6am. She was rude, inattentive, and repeatedly refused to give me my order, even though I had already paid. It was honestly unbelievable.
She ignored me and other customers for long periods while laughing and talking in Spanish with coworkers and select customers, instead of doing her job. Very simple requests turned into a drawn-out issue because she would not cooperate.
Multiple customers witnessed how unacceptable the situation was and even suggested contacting the owner, Timothy McCoy, because of how extreme her behavior was.
As a paying customer, being ignored and denied my order is completely unacceptable. This experience was unnecessary, stressful, and handled extremely poorly.

Terrible. They never get my order right. Whether I go there and order or my husband, I inevitably need to return and get them to redo my order. One time I had to have them redo my latte twice. Idk if they're not reading or if the people completing the order don't know how to make a latte so they just give you whatever they want... idk. Not only do they not know how to make a latte, they hardly ever get my sandwich order correct... It's a mess. I hardly ever go to McDonald's anymore because....I think we all know why we shouldn't eat at McDonald's, but if and when I do, this specific place reminds me why I should stop eating at one altogether.

The worker was rude. And that just ruins everyone’s day. I don’t know why kindness is so hard for some people. And they messed up my coffee order

In this fast food establishment... there is the supposed manager Augusto, who does not carry out the relevant maintenance on the machines so that they process the receipt of the order placed and then indicates that the order did not arrive (insisting on the same even looking at the order in the app and the payment made) INEFFICIENT who prefers to question the customer's veracity and not his ineptitude when preparing the orders in rush time at the establishment.

Incompetent non english speaking staff that can’t do the simplest of tasks like provide a straw with your drink or they give you ice when order specifies no ice, some people have sensitive fillings and can’t have ice. clearly they can’t read or speak basic anything. Three times had to ask same lady for manager, I miss the good old days where employees would understand basic english & had basic common sense and people skills. i’m sorry isn’t good enough, do better

Had to stop for in because I was starving. Sandwich was cold. No one spoke good English, the manager had to come over for my small questions, no hot water in the bathrooms, and it could have been much cleaner.
