Good sushi, best option in the area. Strong push for organic, also has brown rice which makes some of the rolls unique. Takeout can be extremely hit or miss, I've been waiting 20 minutes beyond my estimate more than once.

my takeout sushi was warm for some reason when i picked it up- and to my disappointment I realized they didn’t even use sushi rice for my maki rolls. the fish is clearly not fresh and they generally just tasted stale. very unhappy with the sushi here and would not recommend.

I had a fantastic experience getting takeout. The staff were kind, they all seemed to know and like each other, there were holiday decorations, and honestly you could taste a higher quality in the sushi given that its advertised as Organic. The one issue I have is wondering just how much of the menu is organic. It was difficult to figure that part out. But I can’t wait to go back. Its totally worth your time, especially something as simple as the Baked Salmon roll. Wow. Absolutely delightful. You can also change rolls to Brown Rice or make them entirely Gluten Free! We need more places like this!
