Good sushi, best option in the area. Strong push for organic, also has brown rice which makes some of the rolls unique. Takeout can be extremely hit or miss, I've been waiting 20 minutes beyond my estimate more than once.
I had a fantastic experience getting takeout. The staff were kind, they all seemed to know and like each other, there were holiday decorations, and honestly you could taste a higher quality in the sushi given that its advertised as Organic. The one issue I have is wondering just how much of the menu is organic. It was difficult to figure that part out. But I can’t wait to go back. Its totally worth your time, especially something as simple as the Baked Salmon roll. Wow. Absolutely...

The only thing that I didnt like was the single-use-then-toss plastic leftover and take-out containers. Aren't there other more enviro-friendly options?
