Ordered a "Chicken" quesadilla. Got a flat tortilla and cheese for 16 bucks and change. Not a shred of chicken in it , veggies nadda.. I'm from Lynn so I'm used to ordering just a "Chicken quesadilla" thats loaded with chicken ,veggies, tomato, and you can barely finish'em. These come from the the Mexican , El Salvador, Central American establishments that actually know how to do it. Maybe this joint is good for Wakefield, Melrose residents. But heh!, just a heads up, ur gettin takin down town baby! . Down to China town! Oh, and normally a triangle of the Quesadilla isn't cut out for a spot for the sour cream. So it's basically like losing a slice of pizza because they had to put a container of marinara sauce there. The food here tastes good, they just don't know what theyre doing is all. Fix that, learn how to prepare dishes and BAM guarantee the biz will be even better and you'll get customers from outside the burbs that don't know any better. But hey , wth. Feed off the suckers , they'll still make ya rich..

So glad we found this hidden gem!! There is a huge margarita menu and they were out of this world. The presentation of the food was so fun and everything we had (fish tacos, pork tacos, enchiladas, kid’s quesadilla) was delicious. The service and atmosphere were also great. I cannot say enough good things about this yummy place!

I went in here tonight. On their website a chimichanga meal was listed for $14.00. Went in to pick it up, questioned the short chunky server about it because he said it was $19.00. So when I showed him it online, he questioned me and proceeded to smirk right to my face!!. I asked him if I could speak to the Manager. He proceeded to tell me no manager was there and basically was like I don’t know what to tell you! I have been a server and have worked in the industry for awhile, I’m 59 years old and I know better. I asked him so is losing a customer and a negative review work $5. At that point he walked away into the kitchen. I asked him for his name and his reply was, I’m not giving you my name!!! Tequilas, if this is the type of service you offer, no wonder why it was empty there! If I even got some respect, I would’ve paid the $5 difference. But when he talked to me with NO RESPECT and laughed to my face, that’s when I walked out and I’ve made this public knowledge! Good luck with workers like that!! Thursday night around 5:00 pm

My husband and I went Friday as I've been craving some Mexican food! We loved that they brought out chips and three different types of dip. The chips were great; all dips lacked flavor and were generally bland. I did La Tradicional for a margarita and was surprised by how it lacked any flavor whatsoever. Never have I had a margarita that tasted like nothing, not even a hint of lime. We both got fajitas. I did chicken and my husband chicken and steak. Maybe because we're picky, but these were such tiny pieces of meat, not what we would normally get in fajitas. They were flavorful, but not what we expected. The guacamole served with my husbands fajitas was brown as can be and should not have been given to anyone. We would have said something, but our waitress never came by to check on us and just dropped the check off after we were waiting for it. Never asked if we wanted dessert either. Overall, just disappointed in the general blandness of the food and not sure we'll be back.
