The food is really good, but the service is very slow. I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich, and it wasn’t even busy—just one person ahead of me, and they had to wait a long time too. Smoothies also took a while. I’d come back because the quality is worth it, but only if you’re not in a rush. Definitely don’t go if you’re short on time.
As a Nutritionist, it is so important to me to have access to healthy food locally as well as grab and go options! Remedy Exchange in Wakefields provides so much more than just healthy food to it's community, but a local place to meet with loved ones, catering as well as events. I highly recommend!
I am traveling from out of state and it's always so difficult to find somewhere I actually want to eat. I drove off our path to try this place out in an effort to give all of us a healthy, satisfying and energizing start to our day. This was amazing! The guys got their sweet tooth satisfied with enormous acai bowls. The shaved chocolate distracted them from the hemp seeds, bee pollen, and all the other michelle-ish additions. I had a kale salad w chicken. So filling and delicious....
