We really enjoyed the atmosphere and service. The food was delicious, but it was a bit salty. We want to go back and ask for less salt in our cooking.

First time here tonight. Why did I wait??
Great/friendly service from the time we walked in until we left. Amanda was our waitress...best service we've had in long time. very good food, dessert and drinks. I forgot i was in Wakefield.
Be back soon with a larger party.
Go there!

We ordered spaghetti with lobster and chicken with roasted onions and potatoes.
Lobster was very scarce with the spaghetti and the chicken had soft disgusting skin and gristle. We discovered the new Italian MacDonalds. On to the next restaurant.

We actually hit Happy Hour, and there's a Happy Hour bites menu. Oysters $1 each/Roasted Oysters $4 each & octopus skewer which I think was also $4. The swordfish melted in your mouth & the salmon over seasonal Risotto was made to perfection.

Rest room was soo disgusting and gross. They need to make sure it’s clean all the time. I will never go back ever again.

It is disappointing to write this review, as my partner and I had anticipated dining at Tonno for several weeks, only to find the experience pretty mediocre.

We opted for three petite entrees to sample a range of their offerings: the Bolognese, Sunday sauce, and Swordfish. The Sunday sauce, supposed to be a rich and iconic Italian-American staple, fell flat and lacked a lot of flavor (basically Market Basket Ragu). The bolognese was parse on meat and had an strange creamy consistency. Lastly, the fish, while cooked well, it was overwhelmed by the amount of capers, imparting a sour flavor to the dish.

Our server appeared to be super busy, and they didn't check-in on us during our meal or refresh our drinks. Bummer!

Don’t think I would go here again. I don’t think our server ever smiled once, she seemed annoyed from the start. The garlic bread was the saving grace, but the rest of my parties meals were not great. My spaghetti was like glue with whole chunks of pepper in it making it very unsavory to eat. And 28 dollars no less. Would try somewhere else next time.

Loved spending Mothers’s Day here. Chicken parmigiana was delicious. Seasonal sangria was great as well. Service was attentive to the customer.

Amazing Italian fare, just as good as the North End.
