I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to find a good pizza or eggplant parm sandwich, so I looked at pizza photos from other shops and none of them looked as appealing as Wakefield House. That said, this was the most delicious pizza I’ve had in a while. Not super greasy, not thin or floppy. It’s a nice bite. I opted for the pepperoni and they hit a home run. It was unreal. My favorite pizza place. When I’m visiting BOS, I always make sure we get a pizza from them. Excellent dough. Fresh salads. Owner is a great guy from Greece…..where I used to live.
Place has been consistently good for almost two decades now. Menu prices are fair, and the food still tastes great. All the employees are very friendly and I can’t recall a single time out of the hundreds I’ve been there where I’ve had a single bad experience. Would recommend coming here.
