Moderate plus in all ways: service, food, price and atmosphere. Well worth patronizing this reliable chain. Their deal of $25 for an appetizer and two entrees was very economical and portions were full size, not skimpy b/c of the special. Good choice for casual, satisfying meals.

I was having lunch here with my mom around 1-3pm about one week ago. We sat in the bar area. Our server was great! Unfortunately I then I overheard a man at the bar say that he had a gun on his hip. We will never visit this place again.

As much as we like Applebee's food taste and quality, I have to admit their service is aweful. We ordered appetizer and 2 main entrees. They came after 25 minutes with the main entrees with one wrong side.
We reminded about the appetizer and the wrong side . The server fell from the sky. The manager came to apologize. Told us they will take the appetizer off the bill but will procide. They will provide me the right side too. That's great! 20 minutes passed. Nothing came. We finished our dinner. Then the appetizer came and the correct side.
When I got the bill, they charged me for another side and took off some partial off the appetizer. There were no server around to be asked for throughout the whole hour.

I stopped in for lunch with my adult son and mom for a quick lunch. Our server Diana, was very nice and super attentive. She made sure that are order was placed and delivered with efficiency. She checked in on our table frequently and the manager Timothy Cannon checked in with us and even personally prepared a dish for my mom. We could not be more pleased with the service at this location. It was the best dining out experience that we’ve had in a long time.
This is my favorite spot! Let me first say that Timothy and Katie deserve a raise! I hope often for takeout and Tim always does the most when taking my order, he's amazing. Last night my son and I missed the fireworks and he was bummed out so, I decided to take him here out to eat. Our server Katie made his night. She was the best server he's ever had. Those were his words. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. She was just overall amazing 👏 I could go on and on, but she really made our night, as well as Timothy. He knows I love bread sticks because I order here alot. He remembered and brought an extra one over to our table. Food was cooked to perfection per usual. I highly recommend them.
