The typical sit-down restaurant experience. Nothing spectacular. The food was prepared correctly, it was hot, and it was tasty. I felt as though our server could have been a little bit more attentive. We also had to wait for about 2 minutes at the front for someone to come seat us. We visited around 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday evening and it was not busy at all. But, they are open late even on a Sunday!

I bought their "specialty" burger because a waitress recommended it, but it was very bad. I'm sorry I paid for it. But the meat and ribs were incredibly good. The drinks are also super good.

Our experience at this Applebee’s was unacceptable. Our waitress was incredibly rude and dismissive, barely acknowledging our table while being overly attentive to others. She gave us attitude the entire time and even slammed our plates down—completely unprofessional.
As for the food, one meal was just okay, but the other was terrible—dry, mostly breading, and barely any actual chicken. Definitely not worth the price.
The one bright spot was the manager, who was very nice and genuinely tried to make things right. Unfortunately, the damage was already done. We left disappointed and won’t be returning. Do yourself a favor and go to Chili’s instead!

Great dinner at applebees in walpole. Our server Kyle was awesome! Extremely attentive and timely!
The kitchen was also very quick - my steak was a little over done but was still delicious! The broccoli was So good!

We were seated in an area where no waiters were assigned. We had to flag a gentleman down to serve us, which he did happily. We got each of the 9.99 meal deals, which were pretty good. The chicken breading on the sandwich tasted like fried crisco, which is fine if you’re into that (I’m not). The fries were very satisfying. It was a net positive experience, overall.

Sitting enjoying dinner until we see not one but TWO mice run across the dining room. (but “it’s okay they aren’t in the back” - waitress). So disgusting and definitely will not be returning. Dine at Applebee’s for 50$ off but only if u spot the hidden mice.

My friend and I frequent this place because usually the food and service are very good. Tonight I was very disappointed in the female server. There was my table and another table and the service was so slow it was pathetic. Alyssa you really need to learn how to check on tables not just when it's busy. When it's slow and your tables do not get checked on its like feeling abandoned.

We went to dinner tonight for mine and my son's birthday dinner celebration. There were 6 total 2 kids 4 adults. Everything started off great but then took a turn. I asked to put my kids meals in first to keep them happy that was fine. Their meals came out in a pretty decent amount of time. I asked for my side salad to come out at the same time. Our waitress never brought my salad. Not a big deal. We were then forgotten about for id say a good 30 min. Finally once our waitress appeared from the back we asked when our food will be out. She brought our food over about 3 to 5 minutes later. I ordered the blacken salmon. I have ordered it before from the Applebee's in Milford and it was delicious. Sadly that was not the case this time. The fish looked like it was reheated in the microwave with little season taste at all. My oldest order the chicken tenders salad, and his was the last one to come out of the kitchen. And then he still had to wait an additional 5 minutes for his bread stick. Which the manager brought over to him yet never addressed the table to ask how everything was going. When all was said and done and we finally got the check they had added the table game charge in there yet we never used it. The waitress quickly took that off not a big deal again and no issues but something to be mindful of when paying at the table using the game pad. I will stick with Applebee's in Milford going forward.
