Traditional Texas BBQ
The brisket is FANTASTIC !!! Tender, juicy very easily pulls apart with your fingers but doesn’t fall apart on its own very very good.
All that sides are very tasty as well.
We lived in Texas for years and miss eating BBQ, Blondies is the real deal.
Can’t wait to go back.
Had a group at Blondies last night , Wednesday 10/22 , everyone enjoyed the food and comfort feel of the place staff was awesome and so attentive the owner went out of his way to give a group of us a tour of the smoking area where they cook and smoke all the meats. This was very interesting to see. Thank you again to Peter and his crew for a great night.🤩🤩🤩

I just ate at Blondie’s for the first time and I was very impressed! Brisket was outstanding, but the Jalapeño Gouda sausage was on another level. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, I will definitely be back!
