I don't need to drive to Sturbridge anymore if you know what I mean
After going in for the first time a couple of weeks ago, this was my fourth visit, two for lunch, one for takeout and tonight for dinner.
Every experience has been great.
Staff is welcoming, cheerful, friendly, and efficient.
Everything I've ordered so far has been stellar. Tonight I skipped the barbecue and went for the smoked prime rib and that absolutely did not disappoint.
Portion sizes are very good, prices are reasonable, and everything is fresh and authentic. Love their homemade sauces too
Special shout out to Emily who has served me every time. She is the epitome of what a restaurant would want in an employee: upbeat, knowledgeable, friendly, offering things without being pushy and totally genuine. Honestly, the whole crew makes you feel like a guest, and they really want you to be happy.
I love walking out of a restaurant and not only full from delicious food but also in a better mood than when I went in.

Great spot for delicious smoked BBQ. I had the briscket, susage and ribs...all perfect!! Shells n cheese and Blondie beer to wash it all down!! I took a To Go for the Wife because im not sharing my doogie bag....lol.

If you’ve been to Terry Blacks bbq in Austin, you’ll feel that same vibe here. Impressive 1000 gallon rigs outside greet you with mouth-watering aromas. Take a tour. Then go inside and appreciate true Texas-style bbq. We were a group of 9 and shared almost everything on the menu… all worth ordering again. Ribs had a black pepper rub that was fantastic. Brisket had perfect amount of smoke and bark. Pulled pork with house bbq sauce was addicting. All good… give it a try.

We had a great tray of barbecue at Blondie’s. My wife is a Texan and we’ve had a lot of Texas ‘cue and this place is legit - the best I’ve had in Massachusetts. I saw some early negative reviews complaining about price. Ignore them. Price is not out of line and it ain’t cheap to make good brisket in the Northeast. Give these guys a shot. The ribs stood out, fall off the bone, but everything was good.

If you’re on route 1 in MA, this is a must stop. From the very beginning Blondies has been a winner for the food especially but the staff are outstanding and incredibly kind and accommodating. This is probably our 5th time here as Vermonters and every time we can we bring brisket home! This place is a gem. As long as we’re breathing we’re stopping at Blondies for some bbq.
First time visit to Blondie’s, I’ll definitely return. Emily at the counter was super helpful with the selections, and the chef & kitchen outdid themselves with great food and service. Excellent food quality & selections, the service was amazing ! This would be a great location for eat-in or take out for pre-gaming at Gillette Stadium for games, concerts or for no apparent reason. Easy on & off Rt 1 South location. Indoor or outdoor seating. Fiona should be proud of what Blondie’s has become 👍
