Traditional Texas BBQ
The brisket is FANTASTIC !!! Tender, juicy very easily pulls apart with your fingers but doesn’t fall apart on its own very very good.
All that sides are very tasty as well.
We lived in Texas for years and miss eating BBQ, Blondies is the real deal.
Can’t wait to go back.

We went back to Blondie's BBQ. This is our second time going. This place is the spot for some awesome smoky ribs. And have a couple beers watching college football. Awesome experience definitely coming back.
