I ordered from the app and had a little trouble getting to the payment screen and staff member showed me how. Food was prepared quickly and was hot. I noticed another customer didn't want to use the tablet to order and staff member took her order at the register. I read other reviews criticizing everything I found perfect. “I had a fantastic experience at Shake Shack in Wrentham and would definitely give it a solid 5 stars. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spacious and well-organized the restaurant is. Even though it was fairly busy, the seating area had plenty of room, and I never felt cramped or rushed. It’s a great place whether you’re dining alone, with friends, or with family.

The restaurant was also exceptionally clean. The floors, tables, and even the bathrooms were spotless, which really added to the overall dining experience. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the space welcoming and hygienic.

The service was fast and efficient. I placed my order and had my food in just a few minutes, even during what seemed like a busy time. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right.

Of course, the food was delicious as expected. The ShackBurger was juicy and flavorful, the crinkle-cut fries were hot and crispy, and the milkshake was creamy and satisfying.

Overall, this Shake Shack location in Wrentham is top-notch. Great environment, excellent service, and tasty food. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended!“

“This place is located in a plaza, so there is plenty of parking. The inside was clean, and it was quiet for a weekday during lunchtime. My order was ready within 5-6 minutes, and service was friendly.

- Combo #7 Slider + Fries: My first bite of the chicken was dry, but the rest was moist. The breading was seasoned well, but I didn’t taste any heat from the “Hot” spice level. Nothing special about the bun, and the coleslaw added a nice contrast, but I wish there were more on the slider. Wasn’t a fan of the fries because they were bland and not crispy at all despite eating them within 5 minutes. The sauce was good, though.
- Fried Oreos ($5.99): This was my first time trying fried Oreos, and they were surprisingly better than I expected. The outside was very flaky with a mochi-like inside. The Oreo taste didn’t change after being fried, but it had more of a brownie-like texture.

“This is a HIDDEN GEM!! We stumbled into this restaurant in Norwood, originally to go to some restaurant chain it’s good we went here. My spouse and daughter love their food and being a vegetarian I was surprised that it’s really good. Staff is super friendly. We’ll come back again“

“First visit here since the restaurant change. Inside is cozy with live music which was a welcome surprise. Definitely check out their drink specials which were also great. Bartenders were top notch. However, I ordered the steak tips medium rare and they came out almost medium well. It also came with rice pilaf which was wicked dry and had no flavor.“

“First time here. Atmosphere friendly, service was immediate and always checking in for coffee refills and food was delicious and ample enough. Ordered eggs Benedict with ham and potatoes which was perfect...the sauce was not strong tasting like some places. It was delish. The other order was 2 eggs with cornbeef hash, potatoes and toast which was delish...real cornbread hash, not from a can.“
