The staff is very diligent and very friendly. I’ve never once left this Chili’s and thought, “I wish we had gone somewhere else”

My daughter's chicken strips were rubbery and had a weird flavor. Her fries were good. She didn't want to say anything about the chicken to them but I did. I told her they need to know about what they serve. The manager her replace her chicken with a burger.
$50 for 2 burgers 2 fries and a order of cheesesticks.
My burger wasn't anything special but it was good.

we had a reservation booked hours in advance and when we got there we had been driving for three hours and they told us our table would be 5 minutes. IT WAS NOT. we waited 35 min before we had to leave because of something we had to be at and did not get to eat. the servers kept making different excuses every time we asked and they sat many groups that came in after us. I am very upset.

this was the worst experience of my life. drove 3 and a half hours just for this chili’s , we made a reservation hours prior to coming and when we got there we were told to wait. the host made excuses about having no staff or tables while there was multiple open tables . watching them seat multiple walk ins that came in after us. i was so disappointed to sit and wait for 35 plus minutes! NEVER COMING AGAIN

Called and made a reservation 2 hours before we arrived, waited 30 minutes and watched 10+ parties get seated before us. The servers continued to make excuses of being short staffed while there was 15+ open tables in the restaurant. The service was horrible, never got to eat. I do not recommend this location and will never be going here again.

We made a reservation at 5:15 and never ended up getting sat the staff kept making excuses and saying they didn’t have a table for us even though we called 2 hours before we came to chilis never again will I be going here. They were sitting everyone else before they sat us so we ended up leaving

I really dont know how to express this.
We had to order drinks 3 times because they always brought wrong drinks to our table.
2 times wrong order of wings
A 35 dollar steak, asked medium rare and they brought well done.
3 time wings came we asked to bag it ,for my suprised getting home they were all burnt.
In the end of this they mistake again charging us for the wrong orders they brought initially.
I do not recomend this place for any meal at all.
I do not recommend this place.

This afternoon, my wife, son and I truly enjoyed and appreciated our dining experience at this particular Chili’s. When our meal came, my wife was a bit taken aback that here steak was well done as opposed to medium rare as she requested. She mentioned this to the waiter, but she insisted that she was happy to keep this meal for it would still be very good. About 5 minutes later the manager returned with a newly prepared medium rare steak that she had originally requested. We were not only very pleased, but also somewhat surprised that this extra level of service and customer satisfaction had been placed at such a high priority at the particular restaurant. Great job to the manager, Jimmy and the well trained staff here. Call out to Steve our wonderful waiter. Chili's does it right!

This was by far the best chilis I’ve ever had in my life. Amazing service and food quality. Unreal experience. Too bad I don’t live in the area! I also never go to chains… but this was fantastic
