My wife liked the store and her experience today. She said:- that the new RÜPS turkey wraps was delicious and perfect and is for anyone looking for a light breakfast or snack. She shared that they’re also a much healthier option, which is a big plus! She really appreciate that they were added to the menu. I went in this morning for coffee. The manager-on-duty kept talking about how slow a new employee was on making their drinks. Said it to the two customers before me, then to me, and the one after me. The employee was working quite steadily just like I see from other staff, so they weren't slow. If this person is in fact new, someone should have been with them guiding them on workflow. It's also not appropriate behavior for anyone in a leadership position to talk down about staff to customers.
The kicker? The manager-on-duty could barely figure out the register.
They can't seem to get an order right. 2 weekends in a row I had to go back. This time they didn't even toast my replacement.

Loved this Local dunks before. Now with the renovations. And more level drive thru it'd be hard to beat! Yes , there are 3 closer or easily accessed but I'd prefer to go wherever I know my idea coffee will be perfect & donuts are softer with a bigger selection. The food is cooked perfectly and the workers are more than friendly and accommodating.
