Breakfast sandwitch was great. Way better than I expected and my friend agreed! Absolutely amazed and planning to visit again tomorrow... and the next day... and every day following for the taste of Dunkin.

I always go there in the morning and at night to buy coffee but I shouldn't be ashamed because every time I go there I am poorly served, especially by the attendant today who treated me with the greatest lack of respect and was very prejudiced, the manager there is Brazilian and I am too but I will complain as much as I can, I will look for the place's social networks and also the higher bosses to complain because I didn't have the pleasure of consuming what I ordered because I was so angry! I DO NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone!

I've been going to Dunkin' Donuts for 11 years, and it's safe to say my experience has changed over time. I used to be a loyal customer, returning consistently for my favorite order. However, I now find myself returning for the same thing primarily out of habit rather than satisfaction, as the food quality has noticeably declined.

Unfortunately, the service has also taken a turn for the worse. Recently, I was charged for a latte but received a regular coffee instead, which was incredibly disappointing. When I tried to address the issue, I couldn’t help but notice the employees talking about me and laughing, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

Dunkin' Donuts used to be a place I loved to visit, where I felt my loyalty and spending were appreciated. I genuinely wanted to continue supporting them, but the decline in food quality and the lack of professionalism from the staff have made me reconsider. I hope they can get back to their former glory, as I would be willing to spend the extra money if they could deliver the quality and service I once enjoyed.

This location is usually always awesome. I went twice this week and both times my drink was wrong.

I ordered a med iced decaf pumpkin Coffee. The first time, they gave me original, not pumpkin. Not the end of the world, but not what I was looking forward too. I looked at the order screen and I thought I saw Pumpkin on there, but the sticker didn't, I didn't start the drink until I got to work down the road.

Today I ordered the same drink, my order was not displayed on the screen, and the sticker was facing away from me, when I went to look at it to make sure. And didn't want to hold up the line (Silly I know! But social pressure). I took a several sips on my way to the gas station and office, got the pumpkin! I started to not feel good after getting to the office and heart palpitations and unable to focus and feeling fuzzy and just not right. I looked at the label and saw it was regular and not decaf...

I went through the app and it's a virtual assistant, not a real person and all it would do is give me 250pts. A. this could be a serious health concern. B. it takes 500 points to get a coffee.

I went to Dunkin for a better morning to get my fav iced matcha latte. But it turns out to be horrible. I've been ordering matcha here ever since and it was good. But this time it's really horrible. They gave me a matcha full of ice it's literally you pay for ice, not for the Matcha!!!. I asked the lady and she explained to me this and that…she offered to remove the ice and she did… making my drink less coz like I said it was full of ice. She was asking me if I wanted to add milk to it but then she had a lot to say. So, I just took my drink and left!!!.. In my head, I was like really can’t you just make your drink right?? I don't need an explanation!!!!. I know what it looks like!!. I hope Dunkin will train their employee more on how to make good drinks. Also, make their customer happy if something goes wrong with the drink/food. Not giving them an explanation!!!. Of course, I know if it's not right coz the I've been drinking this many times!!!

On 7/17 at around 4:30 AM, I picked up my online order from the drive-thru. Holy hell! This is what Dunkin’ should always be! I go to Dunkin’ at least a few times each month and I’ve come to accept that most things will be hit or miss. Essentially, sometimes, employees make food really good, other times, really bad. This is the first time I’ve come to this Dunkin’ and holy hell! Everything was perfect. The latte was exactly how it should be made, the egg wrap was hot, fresh from the oven and even when I finished that, the muffin was still hot! I haven’t had Dunkin’ food this perfect in YEARS. I know this sounds really dramatic but whoever the woman was working this shift, please give her a promotion or something because this kind of fresh, hot food is what Dunkin’ should be! My partner and I couldn’t stop talking about how much better this food was compared to all the other times we’ve had Dunkin’. We both agreed we haven’t had Dunkin’ this good since high school, so about 10 years ago!

Walpole, MA. Providence Highway- The help here is always friendly and my order is always correct. My only issue is the drive thru; It's always backed up in the AM. You just had a major makeover of the building and added a second drive thru speaker, yet you only do 1 speaker at a time taking orders. This defeats the purpose of having 2 speakers. you might as well have only 1. That was a lot of money for nothing!

The place is very nice, but the service is very bad, there are never people in front at the counter, I always have to shout to be attended to, they hide or are deaf and very dirty it needs to be kept more organized, a lot of garbage inside in floor.
