I love this little tea room. I’ve been at-least 5 times over the past two years. Mother’s Day, Christmas, birthdays. You name it! I love the vibe and the decor is fantastic!!!!!! You can really tell how much love sarah and her husband put into this tea room. Each time I go I notice something different and unique. The food is always very good and the desserts are too cute to eat! Not to mention the wonderful tea options. If you haven’t been here, you MUST give it a try! :)

Wow! To be honest, I only came here for the experience. I was not expecting to enjoy myself so much. The food was great, the service was great and the decor was gorgeous. You can tell that the owners took their time with every aspect of this place. And to top it off they accommodated a last minute change in plans. We will be back for sure.

Fancy That has been my favorite place for tea for years! It's great for any occasion and reasonably priced for the 90 minute sit time and all the food you get. I come here on a regular basis but It's an amazing experience even if you go just once! There are 100s of teas to choose from and while the menu is set every month, it never disappoints! Definitely walk around and take a look because there is so much to see and even some things to buy. Brad and Sarah, the owners, are amazing people and I encourage everyone to check out this hidden gem!

We’ve had the tea service but the little shop is very cute as well. Owners are the SWEETEST couple ever and it’s such a warm, cute, and welcoming atmosphere. My first time coming to Fancy That Tea House, and it was perfect! It’s a hidden gem in a suburb near Boston. The decor, food, and tea selections were amazing, and the service was top notch. Sarah and Brad are very passionate about their tea house, and it definitely shows in the details. This is one of the best tea experiences I’ve ever had. I will be back again.

The owners are really nice people, and had some great tea recommendations for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the food; cucumber sandwiches, chicken salad, and ham and brie! I don't have a sweet tooth and would have happily swapped out a couple of the desserts for more savory. Still, no complaints, everything was delicious!!
The place is beautifully decorated and it was a really fun, calming experience! I definitely recommend Fancy That tea!
