The patty however was less cooked than I usually take it. I prefer a darker patty and this has always been the case to every other 5 guys I've been to. They cook it a bit lighter here and tbh, it wasn't my thing.
Ordered an oreo shake and that came out perfectly! I'll return and place better instructions next time.

I don't give it 5 stars because of the festival foods it is the most expensive of all, which I don't understand. I visited the store on 04/12/24 in the evening and we were very well attended to. The snack is good, but I don't understand the higher price because it's not justified.
Absolutely terrible and i normally like five guys. Ordered in advance online and when i went to pick up a worker asked for the name, gave it, and she then ignored the order. All the workers were like deer in the headlights and not sticking to a station prompting to get yelled at by the manager multiple times. My order sat on a shelf for 40 minutes while i stood there and waited, after 3 times telling them the order name they almost handed me the bag before taking it back to remake the fries which there was zero need to. On top of that they didnt even make two of the three burgers correctly. Won't go back there again.

I’m surprised to see anything less than 5 star ratings for this specific location. Okay, sure, Five Guys is expensive- but that’s a corporate issue, not a location issue. The crew here is beyond kind, and for a group of generally younger adults, their professionalism is really beyond what I’d expect. The kindness extended to one another is really great to see, and tonight I actually was “that person” who told the manager to keep up whatever it is that he’s doing, because he’s doing it right. Gabriel and staff, you should be proud of yourselves for creating such a great atmosphere at your place of employment. Thank you also for treating my gluten allergy with genuine care and consideration- I appreciate it so much.

The manager Jerry was absolutely phenomenal. We haven’t had such incredible customer service in a very long time. We asked for a change in our order (which was our own fault) and he handled it with such class and generosity, he remade our sandwich and even added in a French fry out of pure kindness. We will most assuredly be returning to this location. When we told his employee of the kind deed, the employee smiled and said “oh he’s always just like that.” May good things come to him, they would be well deserved!
