I made an online order for regular fries. Received the location notification text and responded when I arrived to the location 30 minutes later. I gave my name to pick up my order and got no feedback. Next person comes and gives their name. “A couple more minute for your fries sir”. I still have no update so I ask if my order isn’t ready. He then says a couple more minutes for your fries. I get my fries after 5 mins of waiting and they are burnt and so salty almost painful to eat. Never again. 7+ dollars for burnt salty fries and the inconvenience of waiting 40 minutes for an order of regular fries to be complete.

Burgers are just way to greasy the meat is good but who wants a soaked burger. The fries are never crispy. There milk shakes are 🔥 and I love how you can mix up the flavors.

The patty however was less cooked than I usually take it. I prefer a darker patty and this has always been the case to every other 5 guys I've been to. They cook it a bit lighter here and tbh, it wasn't my thing.
Ordered an oreo shake and that came out perfectly! I'll return and place better instructions next time.
