I asked for steak and cheese Sub but they don’t asked me what I want in side or any dressing, just a lot stuff that I don’t like in, for example onions and green peppers. Very disappointed.

I couldn't even place an order. The gentleman was working the cash register and touching the sandwiches to bag them, going back and forth from touching the register, to togo bags, to chips and still touching the sandwiches and then back to the register. So unsanitary. I just walked out.

I worked in a deli for a few years, which is why I prefer Jersey to most places but the crew definitely needs more training on the second half of the makeline.
Blonde kid looked lost and afterward i had to ask him to not use the bag that fell on the floor (which he still used, pretty sure that's unsanitary) and I was about to be charged extra for bacon on a sandwich that already comes with bacon by the kid with a beard and glasses. Open the sandwich up to eat and it's not even close to 4 equal pieces- butt end was cut maybe 3 inches, two others were different sizes and somehow I ended with a regular size uncut sandwich.
First guy that attended me seemed to know what he was doing, but the rest of the staff could use some refreshers. First visit at Jersey Mike's that has me writing a review.
Make sure you watch them make your sandwich correctly and that they charge you accordingly.

Jersey Mikes is a FANTASTIC sandwich spot. I have a routine order between three menu items and I love all of them. Their food is so fresh and they use top notch quality ingredients. You absolutely taste a difference between what they offer and just some generic sandwich from anywhere else. Their food options are great, and they have tons of options to choose from. I always highly recommend Jersey Mikes.
Parking: There are plenty of parking spots at this location. There is additional parking because of other businesses nearby, which adds a lot of other spots to their lot.

please hire more staff i feel so bad for the employees at this location they seemed so stressed out and upset- my pick up order took an extra 20 min and i couldn’t even pay for a drink before leaving because there wasn’t anyone to help me at check out. definitely need more staff to assist with online only and the check out line.
I ordered the Chicken Philly. I have NO idea what the "chicken" was, it was flattened pieces of dried, tasteless garbage. I went once before when they first opened and vowed I'd never be back, but here I am. Absolutely disgusting! Completely inedible! My dog wouldn't even eat it....

Ordered the Turkey club medium The man working the slicer puts the very end of a turkey breast on the slice . I’m talking maybe 3/8 of an inch thick . It looks to me like it should be thrown away . I said to the man can you give me a new turkey breast . He says no sir I’m sorry but I have to use it . I couldn’t believe it . It’s take it or leave it . So I had to switch to an Italian cold cut.What ever happened to sure sir and make me happy. I go there 2 times a week .Disgusting trying too squeeze another sandwich out of nothing . How many times was it picked up and put back in the case to get to the very end .maybe 100 . Good way to lose customers ! I won’t be going back anytime soon .I do not like being treated poorlyScott Richman

I've never tried Jersey Mike's before. To review #13 (Italian with hots) and #6 (roast beef), I placed an order with two subs. Having both of them "Mike's way," I was overjoyed! Since it was my first visit, I might have been able to request to have the bread toasted, but other than that, I only noticed a few minor issues. Other than that, I would have preferred the Italian food I ordered to have banana peppers and extra hot relish. It's on par with Pizzeria Grande and the Good Food Store, in my opinion. I'll have to return and sample their spicy subs, but I'm just one guy! Oh, how funny..
