I've never tried Jersey Mike's before. To review #13 (Italian with hots) and #6 (roast beef), I placed an order with two subs. Having both of them "Mike's way," I was overjoyed! Since it was my first visit, I might have been able to request to have the bread toasted, but other than that, I only noticed a few minor issues. Other than that, I would have preferred the Italian food I ordered to have banana peppers and extra hot relish. It's on par with Pizzeria Grande and the Good Food Store, in my opinion. I'll have to return and sample their spicy subs, but I'm just one guy! Oh, how funny..

The food is usually good. I don’t know what it is, but every time I have come at night, the folks behind the counter have been angry, and short, and fairly rude. I know a night shift can be rough, but as a customer, and someone who’s worked on that side of the counter at one point or another in my life, I am very patient and polite, and am not a fan of how quickly I want to be out of there whenever I’m there.

As a local and fellow patron, please, PLEASE hire people that aren’t rude. I gave two stars because this isn’t about the food, but instead the customer service. If it was just the food I’d be giving 5 stars- Always delicious subs! But the young men that work here clearly do not care and do not want to work. It is during these visits I remind myself why I don’t come here as often as I would like. I’m currently standing in the establishment writing this because I’m so appalled by their lack of manners, behavior, and overall lack of customer service. And if you’re wondering if my order was complicated, I promise you it wasn’t. A number 7 for my youngest child, and a 26 for my husband. Not difficult at all.

Always love the food but the one thing that can kill it all is when employees are extremely rude. Everyone there seemed to have a short temper today and seemed really mad that people were coming in. I never write any review but today seemed necessary since I will no longer go to this location.

Same subs as you’d expect but depends on the hour of the day you walk in. I walked in at 8:30 (they don’t close until 9:00). Girl working the counter was in her phone and gave me the death stare when in walked in. Out of wheat bread, ok I can handle that, then also out of lettuce. She said well , we’re not out we just have to make it. I said you might as well just close at 8:30. Overall bad attitude and poor customer service. Will not be going back

I presented a coupon which was not scannable. Cashier did not offer to fix the issue. I asked to speak with the manager, who also was not able to scan the coupon. Manager was not able to manually override the error to enter the discount. I got an apology, and 10% off (not as much savings as the coupon) after I kind of pressed the issue ("so you're not going to honor this coupon?") The staff here is generally uninterested in customers, and talk amongst themselves way too much- usually in a not-professional way. I used to buy an overprsub there every week. I'm finished with this place.

I just left this place & the black man who made my sandwich & cashed me out was so embarrassing. He doesn't listen & have no urgency for customer service. I asked for relish on the side he fills a side cup up & hands me the cup & says he didnt see any lids & didnt look for lids. I had to call one of the other gentlemen to get me a lid that was litter behind him in the cabinet that he didnt look in. My recommendation is that you all get rid of him because he serves that business no good. He's also an embarrassment to the black community.

I just left this place & the black man who made my sandwich & cashed me out was so embarrassing. He doesn't listen & have no urgency for customer service. I asked for relish on the side he fills a side cup up & hands me the cup & says he didnt see any lids & didnt look for lids. Good subs, pretty quick staff but sometimes it can take a while. The mikes way is good but when too much oil and vinegar is used the sandwich gets soggy. I would make a funny pun with the words “sub” or “hero”, perhaps something like “you should definitely go to the hero of a shop such as the Good Food Store in East Walpole, but if you’re looking for a SUBstitute then come here.

Great staff at this location of Jersey mikes Walpole ma fast and friendly.They handled the rude disrespectful uber eats/door dash what ever driver company this girl was from very well I wouldn’t be able to deal with the ignorant drivers myself but they handled it very well.Food is fresh bread is so fresh it tasted like it was made that morning.
