New Chicken Big Mac was great! Piping hot and obviously made fresh. My double cheeseburger however was cold and not so fresh. Fries were fine, fresh and crispy enough, but could've used more salt. Service wasn't bad or slow, however I look at making sure you're giving fresh hot food as a huge part of the "service", not just politely taking my order and money.

The worst place . Never wash hands they mop n feed you your food . They have young kids just giving there friends food for free n hanging out making paying customers wait . I had to say excuse me after 6min of them hanging out . The manager on shift said she was new from Norwood n never seen such thing . Don't trust your kids eating here.

Almost every week when I place a Door dash or Uber eats order stuff is missing even though the bags are sealed. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager (a lady). She told me “sorry honey” and then hung up on me. When I called back, she put the phone on the counter and did not talk in it. Door dash and Uber eats asked me to take it with the business. They rip off people and are not willing to correct their mistakes. This place should be shut down! I would give them zero stars if I could.
very poor service no one wears a cap on their head I found hair in my potato and in my snack the person who served me seemed to be under a very high drug effect I needed a lot of improvements I wasted my time, my money and I was still hungry

The worst place ever I ever been to , the team are rude and careless, the front end boy was ignorant and busy chatting around with his friends guest eating inside . He even tasted one of his friend’s smoothie before he handed over to him . That’s disgusting so you can review your security camera and see what’s happening in there. Not coming back to this place ever again.

Me and friends watched as the taller black man working the register was rude and unhelpful to a pair of speacial needs people and when one of them dropped a drink on accident, he yelled at them and told them they should mop it up because “it’s not his job” the two struggled to attempt to mop up the mess and asked me for help. I went up to the counter and asked the same guy on register who was on his phone not doing anything if he would help them. He proceeded to walk around the counter and get within 4 inches of my face and yell at me and told me to mind “my business” and “shut up” when I asked him why he wouldn’t help them he asked me “do you work here? In which I responded no to an angry “exactly I do shut up” which if anything is more reason to help clean them mess up. The two people clearly distraught thanked me for trying to help them. Disgusting attitude of this place this guy is always rude to people and never seems to want to help people. The other employees are fine and the foods fine but this one guy really ruins it.
