Muffin House Cafe in Walpole, Massachusetts was outstanding. Our server patiently took our sandwich and muffin orders and served us a delicious meal with delicious, Blueberry muffins to take home. The Chicken salad sandwich with Chips was very tasty and generous. The muffins were light and rich in real Blueberries.

Very militant with ordering order. This constant confusion from their staff equate to long lines. Employees need to be taught to just listen to the customer and learn how to formulate the order that way. If their employees can't listen for a little while and formulate that from their memories, they may not be to employ there in my world anyway. You have to have some abilities to work at a muffin shop.

Food is fantastic but don’t get gift cards here. Multiple family members and I have had issues with gift cards not working or the balance being much lower than the actual gift card. It’s happened multiple times and not worth the hassle anymore

There muffins are the kind you show up to a breakfast with and everyone asks where did you get these. Top muffin place of all time! If you go you also need to grab one of there egg Sandwiches- I love a good egg sandwich and this place does not disappoint. I got a maple Sriracha egg sandwich this weekend, I added bacon on sourdough bread and my mouth is still watering. Delicious. This is a fall special they should keep year round. It was outstanding!!!

My gosh!! I am so happy to have found this place! I was looking for somewhere to go for a snack and noticed this place. The muffins are not only HUGE but also delicious! I ordered the blueberry lemon muffin. It’s a blueberry muffin that is loaded with plump blueberries and has a lemon icing drizzle over the top. Not too sweet. Just right! Thank goodness this place isn’t right around the corner from my house because I’m trying to lose weight. They also have an abundance of other pastries to choose from too! I will definitely be returning to get more of these delicious muffins as gifts for friends & family. I got a coffee as well. I noticed that they also offer salads & sandwiches too! You can’t go wrong with this place everything looks so yummy & fresh & made with love & care💕
I don’t recommend the Hopkinton location, but do recommend the others. Service at the hopkinton location is so bad along with inconsistency with the quality of products. Placed an order with plenty of time for pickup, estimated time for pickup was for 11:15, wasn’t ready till 11:27 all while others who came in and physically ordered wound up getting their sandwiches before our pre-order. Not to mention they didn’t look at the comments for our drinks to be made into iced drinks instead of hot since we couldn’t order them hot. I will never go to the hopkinton location. Great experience at the Medway and mendon locations.

I love muffin house! Almost everything that I’ve tried is delicious - the muffins and pastries are my favorite. The staff is also amazing. Everyone is friendly and seems genuinely happy to be working there. The manager, Jillian (not me hah), is great at her job. I have seen her interacting with both customers and other staff members and I always leave feeling impressed! She clearly cares about the customer’s experience and values her staff feeling supported. Would recommend this place!
