This afternoon, I was greeted with a smile by Angela. A very attentive and professional young lady who took my order. She asked all the right questions to make sure my order was complete and correct. Another excellent experience at the Walpole Muffin House.

Muffin House is a great addition to Walpole. We enjoyed coffee, blueberry muffin and Sarah’s Breakfast sandwich. Everything was excellent.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I felt compelled to add my two cents to ensure people know what a delight muffin house is. As a former restaurant manager, I would have been ecstatic to have such an enthusiastic and high energy staff. While they are young and learning the ropes at what potentially is their first job, they are incredibly hospitable and make you feel welcome. You can always tell that a manager is present and keeping everything operationally fluid while engaging with guests. Too busy? Can’t move? Long wait times? It’s busy for a REASON, using an obvious piece of evidence of a successful establishment to leave a bad review is pathetic. Learn to slow down, give yourself extra time, give people grace. The coffee is great and flavors always tie in so well, pastries and sandwiches have always been to die for. Oh and don’t forget, it is a NEW location. It takes a LOT of hard work to perfect everything, and some of these bad reviews tell me these people haven’t spent a SECOND of their lives working in the service industry. Anyway, 6/5. This place is great and all my coworkers walk into the office with muffin house coffee and always have great things to say. Before you leave a bad review, try having your complaints resolved IN the establishment before you and your grumpy soul run to your phone to become a whiney keyboard warrior.

The Muffin House Cafe has the best muffins I’ve ever had—nothing else comes close! Erin, who helped me when I visited, was so attentive and a pleasure to deal with. I walked out with a box of my favorite muffins and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend stopping by!

This is the BEST Cafe in Norfolk County! I went in with my wife and got a blueberry lemonade and she got an iced coffee and they were AMAZING but the blueberry muffins really stole the show! There was blueberry in nearly every bite and the taste was better than every muffin I have had in my 15 years of living in this area.
Staff was kind, friendly, and attentive and despite having a line out the door, everything moved very quickly and the quality was A+.

Wanted to share a quick review after my weekend visit! I continue to be a huge fan of the muffin house- Walpole or Westwood, both never disappoint! You can rely on friendly service and the same delicious food whether it is a muffin or one of my favorite sandwiches. Highly recommend you try the protein power house breakfast sandwich. Same generous portion and just as delicious!

The staff was excellent on 2 separate occasions. My first visit, I got a Thanksgiving roll up. It was very good. My second visit, I got a muffin and a piece of cheesecake. The muffin had decent flavor, but the texture was off. The muffin top was okay, but the rest was soggy and inedible. The cheesecake had little flavor and the crust didn't hold together.

I’ve previously gone to the Westwood location and was happy to see one placed in Walpole! The young lady who helped me was fabulous with customer care; extremely nice, helpful and went above and beyond in making my coffee.
I had originally ordered the Vermont maple walnut coffee, to which she mentioned was unsweetened. I asked if they had maple syrup (she checked for me and they didn’t) so she suggested trying the brown sugar cinnamon sweetened syrup. She offered to make me a new coffee without it if I didn’t like it - but it was a delicious combination!
I’d also love to see a little muffin flavor combo - I saw the banana chocolate chip (ordered this one) and salted caramel muffins sitting together today and dreamt of a combo, since I couldn’t manage eating two; a banana nut chocolate chip muffin with the salted caramel drizzle and powdered sugar would be delightful!
The outdoor seating was an enjoyable touch!

What a great experience I had this weekend!! The service is outstanding, staff was extremely pleasant and efficient (even with a line to the door). The range of muffin flavors will satisfy anyone and even better watching them come hot out of the oven. Our sandwiches were made to order and might I add the cure and protein powerhouse were piping hot and mouthwatering. Amazing options for ice coffees and lattes and even the non-coffees drinkers. Inviting atmosphere inside and on the patio. Can't wait to bring my friends to try more!!

Tried this place the other day with my friend and took us forever to get our coffees, the muffins were mediocre at best and the patio is decent, only problem with the patio is you get car exhaust in your face from being so close to the road and the cars that park to go into the other buildings. Definitely too pricey for the muffins when you can get the same quality (or better) at any dunkin and other cafés nearby.

Overall an utter abhorrence of a cafe. The place was packed, with no room to even turn, or really, move at all without hitting into someone. You look in the main area where the customers go, and there is one small walkway to place your order. When you look behind the counter, there is a surplus of space for the employees, who still manage to look like they don’t know what they’re doing. My order was messed up, and the person who rung me up did not even know how to add up the items I had or give change. After a decently long wait, the sandwiches I had ordered were cold and had mismatched toppings. The bagel was not even cooked on the inside, and it seemed as if it was still frozen. The muffins, which one would expect to be of at the very least serviceable quality, where mediocre to poor at best. After each muffin I ate I got a stomach ache, even spacing it out between hours. I don’t typically enjoy giving restaurants bad reviews. All my friends and acquaintances rave about this place saying that it’s “amazing” and that I “have got to try it right away”. To say the very least, they were wrong. This place is not worth the chance as the food doesn’t taste good and the entire situation in the place is a mess. I would give zero stars if I could.
