Worst Panera to go to. Have experienced rudeness, missing items, food made terribly wrong. Told this morning they didn’t have a breakfast item (at 8:30) it was “dropped on the floor”… This one needs serious help!

We went for breakfast, the food was good, the service was good and fast, they’ve got plenty of sitting space.
I got everything bagel with avocado and cream cheese, Americano coffee and tomato soup.

Customer service here is great! If you wanna just run in and out in the mornings or afternoons the ppl inside won't let you down! Other then that just your average expensive Panerai bread
I come here regularly as I work nearby and can confidently say now that the customer service is severely lacking. Rude when there's any interaction, sometimes they say nothing back to me. I won't be back anymore. Not to mention my sandwich was falling apart as soon as I took it out of the bag. Needed to remake it myself to eat it at all. No thanks. Do better.

I ordered the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad at Panera and requested a couple of simple changes—no almonds and extra dressing. For the $10 I paid, they didn’t follow any of the customizations I made. It’s frustrating because if you're going to offer the option to customize, you should actually honor it. The only saving grace was the convenience of the drive-thru—it was ready when I arrived, which I appreciated. But overall, not impressed. Would’ve expected better attention to detail.
