Really disappointed with how this place has fallen off under new MGMT. Last week I got my usual small rebel pizza and it came out burnt, and tasted burnt. I was told by the cook who came out in a huff “Only the bacon is burnt” and the manager said “too bad he cant get his money back” and “call tomorrow” while her back was turned to me. Fortunately a sane individual came out and said they’d remake it. They did but unfortunately I went back today and got the same dry, burnt, hard “pizza”. After being a customer for years I’m done with this place its not the same and run by rude inpersonable individuals that don’t care about the quality of the food.

First time I had a problem with an order from here. Called to let them know about the barely cooked fries, that were a pale yellow, cold and limp. First I was asked to drive back over for a new order of fries. To which I stated no, I was not going to drive back over for a $4 order of fries. Next person got on the phone and proceeded to tell me; they did nothing new with the order. And then proceeded to ask me if I waited to long to pick up the order. I’m sorry what? Why are you accusing me? And no. I picked up the order on time. Also, that would have nothing to do with the cook of the fries.

I like this place a lot I think it's great I always tip the girls every time every time I get take out. The steak and cheese subs are awesome pizzas are great. But let's not get stingy when making sandwiches I ordered a large steak and cheese and it wasn't filled up all the way.

We have religiously ordered from Rico's Pizza in Walpole, MA and it used to be very good. I don't know what happened but the pizza had steadily gone downhill. We recently ordered two small pepperoni along with a pepper & onion pizza. It was not good, crust was too large and doughy and the cheese didn't go all the way up to the curve. The peppers were cut in something like a pinwheel which I've never seen before, the onions were in chunks and uncooked and the sauce had too much basil in it. We won't be going back unless they go back to the thinner crusted pizza that they used to make.

Absolutely amazing pizza and the subs are out of this world too. New owners are fantastic people that take a great deal of pride in their product and customer service. Family owned and operated is Definitely the way to go. 10 stars if I could.

The BJ wrap is out of this world! Not even from Walpole but whenever I even drive though, I have to detour to get me one!
Best pizza spot in town! The calzones are the best I've ever had and I frequently bring them to parties as a contribution- always a hit! The subs are great too. And the chicken kabob salad is my fave.

Food just okay. Quick service. Several young ladies working. One girl picking out a wedgie! Another girl picking something off her stomach, then handling food......did not wash her hands. Playing with their hair behind the counter. Many food safety issues. Will not be returning.
