Love sitting in a drive thru line for 10 minutes just to see a guy scrolling on his phone like he’s on break. If this is how they run things, management might want to wake up

The store was very busy. Almost all the tables full, a long steady line at the drive thru and orders being filled. The staff is great! Always working efficiently to meet all customers needs. Love Walpole Starbucks - always greeted with a smile!

I was greeted when I entered and told to “have a great day!” When I left, which, given how busy it was at nearly 8am, was impressive! The dining area and bathrooms were clean, parking was easy, and there an automatic door button for wheelchair users or anyone who finds the door to be too heavy! You don’t often see that at a Starbucks.
I do wish there had been a pastry case in display, as part of the whimsy of ordering for me is exploring what there is with my eyes, but the exceptional customer service was worth the 5 stars anyway.

Starbucks doesn't rush you,they want to get your order correct . The music is amazing
I picked up a mobile order during the morning rush today, and the redhead barista w/ arm tattoo working on the orders was really attentive (noticed I was looking for my order and pointed it out) and actually remade my drink for me after I realized I made a mistake with my order. She was efficient and friendly and it helped me start the day off right :)

The staff is always friendly and efficient, today was particularly special as the lovely lady at the counter not only drew an adorable cat on my cup but she also complimented my look. It’s the little things like this that make a difference and keep me coming back!

Usually a good experience. Most of the time drinks are ready quickly, apart from a few occasions when they weren't. Its often easier to do walk in here than drivethru.
