I picked up a mobile order during the morning rush today, and the redhead barista w/ arm tattoo working on the orders was really attentive (noticed I was looking for my order and pointed it out) and actually remade my drink for me after I realized I made a mistake with my order. She was efficient and friendly and it helped me start the day off right :)

The staff is always friendly and efficient, today was particularly special as the lovely lady at the counter not only drew an adorable cat on my cup but she also complimented my look. It’s the little things like this that make a difference and keep me coming back!

Usually a good experience. Most of the time drinks are ready quickly, apart from a few occasions when they weren't. Its often easier to do walk in here than drivethru.

Is this what Starbucks has become? This location seems totally focused on the drive-thru business. Why bother having parking and walk-in if you make it so inconvenient?Apparently the days of being able to get a yogurt/granola parfait and coffee for breakfast are gone. Instead, there is a selection of warmed breakfast sandwiches, a la Cumberland Farms. I was pleased to have a dark roast option, but why is there no table with sugar/sweetener and creamer (milk, half & half, etc.) options? Oh, you have to get a busy barista's attention to get a couple packets of stevia and some half & half. Why? I was left wishing there was a Cumbie's nearby.

This is one of those Starbucks that really needs to be wiped out and rebuilt. There is no place to sit comfortably and work because the chairs are too close to the serving counter. It really needs to be remodeled. It's primarily a drive thru Starbucks. Also there's no gluten-free offerings. Nothing.

Super slow for walk in service.

Unfortunately, a cup of Tortilla soup was missing from our order. We mentioned it to our server, but we never got it. When we were done eating, we asked for our check and had the soup removed, we left unsastified with the kitchen or who is supposed to make sure customers get what they ordered.
