Free food
After placing an order at the kiosk I waited about 15 mins before I asked if my order was almost ready, then a lady came to the counter and handed me a soda with a door dash sticker on it. So I alerted the lady at the counter that I order food from the kiosk not a soda. She then tells me that she doesn’t see my order. So I told her I choose the option to pay at the counter. Then she magically found my order. So I handed her a 100 bill and she refused to take it. She told me in a very rude way that they’re not a lot to accept 100 bills which I’ve never heard in my life.
I asked at the drive thru to restart my order because I had messed something up and they said “no-I can’t cancel your order they already started making it”. This is the most insane thing I’ve ever heard
This place is now really expensive for what you get.
The manager, Maryanne, was very rude to me after I was incorrectly charged for another customers meal. I let them know of what happened and I received no apology, just a harsh tone and a lack of eye contact. I asked for a refund, she told me she had to take the food back, refunded me, and told me to leave. She did not offer to remake my meal, which was bizarre. She then told me to leave because she had a long line. Very strange experience, not sure if maybe she just didn't understand the situation but it came off as super unprofessional. I left without food, unfortunately.
Service is a bit slow, otherwise fine
I just came here. I asked the person at the drive-through if the fries were fresh they said yes and they’re made every 20 minutes. I think I just got three day old fries. Never again.
The food has never dissapppinted; but, the last time I went there and walked into the order/checkout area, they didn't see me and were busy with non-stop drive thru orders. So when I try them again, I'll use the app and drive thru like everyone else.

The level of service I experienced was profoundly unsatisfactory. I was left waiting for 15 minutes to complete my payment, during which I was repeatedly assured with dismissive promises of “one second.” Despite these assurances, no effort was made to assist me, resulting in a blatant squandering of my time. This demonstrates not only a lack of operational efficiency but also a flagrant disregard for both the integrity of the Taco Bell brand and the value of their customers’ time. Such negligence is, quite frankly, disgraceful.

I got a taco supreme value meal & a beefy Gordita
If I had ate there it probably would’ve tasted better
The corn tortillas for the crunchy tacos weren’t crisp as they should’ve been - it only took me 12 minutes to get home
But the meat & the quality of the produce on all 4 tacos was excellent
I have memories of them going back for years and they too have changed
But 4 “super tacos & a large Dr.pepper for $19.13 wasn’t fair
Should’ve been more like $10.50 & that’s being nice

I don't know man. Giving taco bell one star is kinda like kicking a dead horse, but this location is pretty bad.
It used to be the best one around here, then it got worse and worse over the years. Nowadays you can expect to have your order wrong constantly and get attitude at the drive thru. I haven't been inside this place in maybe ten years because it's so bad dealing with the people and employees, or lack thereof, inside.
But you cave, or someone asks you to go there, and you say yes cause you forgot about how bad the food was and how bad your experience was last time, and you go and relive it all over again.
Stupid expensive for the glorified dog food they serve you. It's legit slop and gets worse every time. Like go sit down at the chilis next door and it'll cost you maybe ten bucks more for two people. It's insane.
Blonde lady (who I think is the same one others have mentioned) at the drive thru who couldn't care less about your order and acts like you're putting her out and and hands you drinks with loose lids that spill all over you when you're getting them to the cup holder, and then gives you dismissive attitude when you ask about napkins to clean up the mess she caused.....
Never again. I'll do chilis or chipotle instead. They're close by and they cost maybe a few bucks more and they're way better.

Second time in a row they messed up my drive up order. The first time completely missed several items, today ordered a chicken cantina meal, got a quesadilla . This was in the afternoon and there was no one ahead or behind me. If I ever go back I'll check the order as this place is a complete disaster. Obviously the management doesn't give a crap about the stores operations.

Food is always good and the price is unbeatable. The diablo hot sauce is a killer. I recommend the online exclusive craving box and crunchwrap supreme.
Vegetarian options: Bean burritos.

Honestly, I don't eat there. It was for my daughter. She likes the 5 layer burrito. It's just okay, nothing to write home about. It's good for a quick stop when she's hungry and you're on the road.
