We tried for the 1st time and i ordered a spicy Paloma and steak frites and we shared the Good Fortune salad. My drink was missing the spice( loaded with alcohol đ). The salad we were both excited about fell short( the spicy sesame ginger dressing) was missing all the above. And my cut of steak- overcooked and no flavor( i left steak on my plate đą.

Nice pub-style fare for lunch and dinner! The serving staff were a little discombobulated but very friendly and sweet. Our food was excellent including the chocolate cake. We enjoyed sitting outside.

Went for a weekday lunch a couple of months ago, sat outside. Outside atmosphere is horrible due to the traffic and truck noise, you are sitting right on the sidewalk, corner of a busy intersection. Ordered the Briar Hill burger. Burger is swallowed by the bun. Thick, big bun, small burger. Flavor, once you get past all the bun bread, was a little underwhelming, needed more of the maple glaze. The little it had, was absorbed by the bun. Had potential if the burger to bun ratio was even and more maple glaze so it could be tasted. The fries were just your regular tasting fries, no complaints on those. My lunch partners thought their food was fine, a salad and a sammie with no bread (gluten free patron) but nothing great. App of fried pickles was just ok. Waitress was nice and attentive. I would try this place again, not the burgers, but am in no hurry to do so.

Vibrant and lively atmosphere. You feel like you're in the city without leaving the suburbs. The chipotle aioli on the Main St. sald is a wonderful dressing which packs a flavorful kick.

I really wanted to like Tessies. I had a great experience my first time there, but my second time was awful. My burger was served cold - like it had been sitting for longer than it had been since I placed my order. I mentioned it to the server, who said she would warm it up. I thought maybe I misunderstood, but nope - the same burger was served again, but this time scalding hot, fresh out of the microwave. I sent it back and they took it off the bill, but I left disappointed. Less of an issue, the kids hot dog has grill marks and kids Mac & cheese is heavy on garlic, both of which are no-go for most kids. 2 stars because the first time was good.
I wanted a really delicious high-end burger. My friend and I went online, looked at all kinds of restaurants. We ended up here. We were not disappointed!!
I got #12 The Goode Burger. Delicious!
Beer selection was also great.

Stopped by Tessieâs in Walpole with a few friends the other night, and let me tell youâthis place delivers when it comes to burgers. I went with their signature burger, and from the first bite, I knew I had made the right choice.
The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, topped with fresh ingredients that made every bite better than the last. The bun? Buttery, toasted just right, and held everything together without falling apart. Add in their crispy tots on the side, and youâve got yourself a meal worth coming back for.
Beyond the food, the atmosphere was casual and welcoming, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. The service was friendly and quick, even though the place was buzzing.

Good atmosphere, good service. I had the #1 TESSIES burger. I usually judge a place by its burger. It was meh at best. Not good burger to bun ratio. Patty was small, not a lot of flavor and overcooked. Bacon jam was good, just not enough to overcome the excessive bun for the patty and toppings. Aioli was good. Bun was too big, lightly toasted trying to mask old bread.
Roughly $20 for a below average burger? I wonât be back.

Ordered the Mama needs a night out burger, waiter suggested medium which he said was pink in the center - it came out cremated. My mojito was mediocre - no mint, no sweetness - basically rum with club soda. Tater tots only fair, fries good.
My wife and I are big fan. Wonderful food.
