Ordered out from this restaurant, got home and discovered items were missing, duck sauce was watered down and the mustard sauce was well I don't know what it was. Very disappointed from the way it was was. They won't see me back any time soon

This was my first time getting food at Asian Garden, and my family and I were very pleased. The food was delicious, the portions were much bigger than we expected, and everything went smoothly. My kids loved it too. Looking forward to ordering again.

It's Christmas eve 6:00 pm my family is at my house to celebrate the holiday with Chinese food which has become a family tradition I placed my large order and was told it would be ready in one hour I arrive a little early to pick it up at 6:45 and was told it wasn't ready 45 minutes later my food comes out of the kitchen 30 minutes late when I get home and we unpack it one item was hot the rest of the order all 7 items were cold and I mean refrigerator cold and we were missing one item and didn't get any sauces that are supposed to be included when I called to complain I was put on hold for the manager 10 minutes later nobody picked up the phone so I hang up and call back I was put on hold again only for the same person that answered the phone to come back on the line and tell me to bring the food back for a refund then what feed my family PB&J's when I insisted on talking to the manager I asked her if she knew how long my food was sitting even though I was standing in the 40 degree waiting area for 45 minutes waiting for it she actually told me that the reason it was cold is they had so many orders that it wouldn't fit under the warmers they have in the kitchen so they put it next to the back door that was open so the kitchen staff could breathe it was 20 degrees outside so when I say refrigerator cold i was not exaggerating the obvious question is why was it even going to be put under a warmer when I had been waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes for it to be done using that as her excuse for the issue I referred to her as useless and hung up 30 seconds later my phone rings guess who miss useless with an attitude telling me she is banning me from the business keep it up and there will be nobody left to serve frozen take out to

As an owner or manager to continue to say the reason your hot takeout food was put next to an open door to the outside when it's 20 degrees is because you were busy is ridiculous that is complete negligence and down right idiotic if I ordered a cold dish would you have put it in the oven??? that's a serious question by the way just to give two examples the orange beef was so cold the sauce had congealed and it was one hard solid piece and the boneless ribs were stuck to the bottom of the container in white hard fat and the only option given was to return the order for a refund which is not an option when I have nothing else to feed my guests if this is the type of service your establishment offers under your watch then yep the useless label is warranted next year I'll be ordering from Yummies in Palmer even with the longer drive the food will be edible when I get back home I'm sure the kitchen staff can breathe without an open door maybe the board of health would be interested in finding out why that's an issue in your establishment under your incredible management skills I'm pretty sure you can't ban them from investigating just a thought...

I absolutely love this place! The food is always good. The service is always good. I brought my family in for dinner Christmas Eve as we usually get food from here or dine in every year. This year was a little rough. I called ahead and made reservations for a table of 12. Noone was notified that we were coming. Parts of the menu we enjoy were unavailable. Only half of our table received thier food. We all shared as more things came out but the kitchen seemed to be overwhelmed. I have worked in restaurant service for a vast majority of my life, and based on what I witnessed tonight I think they could benefit from a better kitchen management system, and better communication between management. This experience will not prevent me from returning. I just felt bad for the staff there that were all visibly overwhelmed. Keep your head up guys was just a rough day. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! I will be ordering next week for New Years.

They messed up our order. Forgot crab rangoons and white rice. Came back and they fixed their mistake and went above and beyond. The food is always amazing. The wings are our favorite. They really redeemed themselves. Best Chinese in town. 👍 update. They keep messing up orders. Had to come back when they forgot lo mein. Starting to become a habit. And always calling back 10 min later to tell you they have to substitute something. Minus 2 stars. Hope they get better

My wife and I recently moved to the area and have been so excited to have a new favorite place for take out! Every order we’ve gotten has been great, ready on time, and reasonably priced. We have not eaten in the restaurant itself yet, but I’m sure we will sometime soon.

friday night they put a cashier that has no clue how to do the job
has no clue what’s on the menu
when i walked in there were 4 orders on the counter ready for pick up
the food was not what i expected definitely didn’t taste like chinese food at all but the price sure did
never go there again

Everything was great and delicious but I asked for extra chicken fingers in place for the egg rolls so I ended up with no fingers but other than that it was excellent but I really wanted my chicken fingers
