This place is absolutely beautiful inside and smells amazing, the service was excellent they are very nice people that work there. My family and I wanted to try because it always looks so busy so we did. The food was the worst I have ever tasted in a Chinese restaurant it made my family not feel very well or myself my oldest son spent the night with a horrible belly ache so this is harsh to say but it's the truth. If anything changes I will update my post but for now I wouldn't eat here unless you want to be up all night with a stomach ache etc... Also it was very expensive and no more than a couple bites in each of our plates were even eaten and we still had problems with our stomachs.

The food was delicious. They make an amazing General Tso's Tofu. Reccomend them highly. Definitely a Ware destination for sure. Even if just passing through to go is always a great option if you don't have time to dine in.

The food was quite good, I recommend the vegetable egg foo young with tons of al dente veggies, crab Rangoon and the steamed dumplings were good too. The food was also served hot and fast. Unfortunately, as good as the food was, I would never eat in this restaurant again because the waitress was so unfriendly, she acted angry even though we were nothing but nice. She is hurting your business. She needs to find another job that makes her happy because this ain’t it.

Nice that they we open on Christmas. A few appetizers and drinks ended up being a little pricey but worth it.

Our waitress was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. She seemed almost resentful that we were there, like it's our fault she has to wait on us. Extremely short and snotty about everything. And the food was awful too. Never going back.

This is our new favorite Chinese restaurant. Food pretty good. Prices reasonable. Eggrolls are the best

On this occasion (09/17/2022) even after repeating what type of dry noodles I wanted (crispy fat), I received the unwanted thin dry noodles with my Debbie Wong Special soup. This happens Every. Single, Time. I order take-out... I spent $42.00 on soup, lo-mein, and tidbits. There are plenty of other Chinese restaurants in this area to order from, rather than bother with this irritation, plus the dry noodles tasted stale! Customer since 1977!

That's it for me,no more chances.I don't know how anyone can even make fried rice that has absolutely no taste to it.The worst chicken and broccoli I've ever had anywhere, how do not put in the brown sauce? What a waste of money, I keep giving you a chance every few months but I'm done!!

Great food! Tasty just like I remember it in the Pittsfield location.

Used to be my favorite place all through childhood and most of my adulthood. Yesterday we went there to celebrate my son graduating and the food was terrible! Almost $200 for a meal nobody could eat. I understand it's under new ownership but i will never eat there again! Wish rick would take it back!

Excellent Service, even on Mother's day, within ten minutes we got our meal. We got in quickly, way past Mother's day expectations. The Pu pu platter even had something in the middle that lit on fire so you could cook a little bit more if wanted or just it looking awesome. If you want to go somewhere new, and have some money to spare, go here, it's exquisite.

There aren't many places left that make awesome Chinese like this anymore. Here's all you need to know: The portions are big, the prices are nice, the atmosphere is refreshingly vintage, the service is fast and friendly, and the biggest sign of quality... their fried rice has bean sprouts and scrambled egg... the way it is supposed to be. I wish I lived closer. If you love Chinese food and are passing through this area, go here. 100%.
