DANGER STORE! GO THROUGH A DIFFERENT LOCATION! This seems like a very sketchy store. I ordered delivery through the app, no issues. The store is 15mins away from me. The fancy “Tracker” gave updates as it should, but my order took an hour to be “delivered” only to go to a DIFFERENT ADDRESS! Called the store, the manager is Turkish and “doesn’t speak English” so he couldn’t help. The employee on the phone had to use a translator. A confusing, frustrating conversation to say the least. They found the delivery driver and he admitted to delivering it to the wrong address. They said they’d have him go get it and bring it back to me! MAJOR FOOD SAFETY ISSUE!! I asked for a refund and initially they refused. Logan, the employee on the phone called me back saying he’d be issuing me a credit and apologized for the experience. Thank you Logan! Still a messed up experience though. Tell the delivery drivers to read house numbers too! Sheesh!

Ordered here a couple times now and always bad service got my food delivered 1 hour and 30 minutes later. That i get sometimes there short staffed but they didn't deliver my drink then when called the girl couldn't even give me an answer to if the driver was going to come back with my drink or not. Guess what? Never came back with my drink that I paid for! Totally unacceptable might as well just stole my money. Worst part was I left a tip. Smh never again. If you order you better off picking it up

I was told that I would get my order in 35 mins. It didnt show up til an hour after I called. Still had to pay full price. I will never be ordering from this place again. Also my pizza is cold. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Used to order from here all the time. Recently went in to pick up my order, stood at the counter for five mins waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence as I hadn’t checked out yet and was waiting to pay. While I was waiting I noticed the guy doing the pizza toppings was touching EVERYTHING without gloves and without washing his hands. So not only was he touching all the ingredients without gloves which is gross, but also cross contaminated every single ingredient. Won’t be ordering from here again if that’s what they’re comfortable doing right in front of customers, who knows what goes on when no one is looking.

Not this dominos but dominos itself! The pizza is the worst leftover pizza ever yall use the cheapest nasty cheese and won’t even melt a second time! Can’t tell me that it’s not filled with fake processed crap!

I have to tell you this Domino’s has done a 350° turnaround. I asked for extra cheese and let me tell you I got extra cheese. The pizza was phenomenal and the people who waited on me were extremely very nice. Thank you for a great pizza it’s my second time ordering.
This has to be the worst dominoes and employees to deal with. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and I expect extra sauce and for my order to be made correctly I pay the delivery fee. My order is delivered and the pizza has almost no sauce on it. They wanted me to take some pictures and then they called back and they wanted to argue with me on the phone. The woman claims that she made the pizza and knows it was made correctly when I stated it wasn’t. It was well. You can have a free pizza but you gotta pay the delivery fee again I said absolutely not. I paid it once in my order should’ve been made correct correctly so for your mistake, I want it delivered. They would not do it. They kept insisting I had to pay again. Then she didn’t wanna talk to me and she put the manager on the phone and he claims that he made the order so it’s like wait a minute the woman just told me she made the order and he starts yelling at me and he’s really rude and told me the same thing I need to pay again or I need to come into the store. I said what part are you not understanding? I specifically ordered delivery and paid because I can’t come to the store with a baby at Home. So they refuse to refund me and they refuse to deliver it. Reporting to better business bureau and fraud charge with my bank for ordering something specific and paying and this store not complying. I also think it’s very unprofessional and disrespectful that they’re making me text pictures back-and-forth instead of being professional and dealing with stuff over the phone, then demanded I text pictures but then they don’t reply to any of the text messages. I’ve had a couple issues with the store every time I order so to be honest I’m not sure why I continued to order after the second mistake. I have a toddler who likes it and mainly order some has something quick and easy for dinner, but this is just getting ridiculous. So not I’m out of $20 with a crummy dinner that I won’t be eating as I asked for extra sauce and almost got NONE. WHO the hell wants to eat pizza that way?!
