Every time I order on the app for walk-in, it takes forever 15-20 mins. Have to ask them to prepare your order. The drive-thru can take forever too. Waited over 30 mins in drive-thru last week. Unfortunately, it's the only d&d around.

I mean… something desperately needs to be done about how long it takes to get served at this location. 10 minutes in the drive-through is a QUICK day. Don’t know if it’s short staffing or training or what, but it’s always a problem. Be sure to schedule at least 15 minutes of your day while visiting.

I went there twice today.One through the drive through an ordered on my app and it was ready when I got to the window which was good.The second time I went there.I went to get a gift card.There were none out, and they had to get some out from under-the-counter, which was probably only 15.And he said , that's all they had , luckily , I got one

The wait time here is always absolutely insane… today I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru line for two drinks and hash browns and it’s the last time I’ll waste my time at this location. By the time I got to the window and received my drinks, I was told my food would be right out. I saw a bag on the rack waiting and had a feeling it was mine. Meanwhile I waited an additional almost 10 minutes before they handed me the bag waiting on the rack. There had to have been 6+ people working inside from what I could see and they still can’t properly handle the incoming business. I’ve seen lesser staffed locations handle the same work load so I can only assume it’s a management issue. Go to literally any other location if you can or support another business

Review after review referencing the wait times as a problem yet nothing changes. How is it that you can have 10 people working and the drive-through is still to the road with no movement? I sat in line for two minutes and only one car had their order completed. Keep in mind there's probably 15 cars in line… What a mess!

What is with these wait times? If I hadn't mobile ordered, I would have left. But I'd already paid ahead of arrival. I ordered with a 10 minute window and had to wait an additional 20+ minutes upon arrival.

Morlog Morning Digest

Hands down the worst dunkin donuts in western massachusetts! We did 35 minutes for a $3.30 hot coffee. That should have taken 30 seconds to make! I used to run a Dunkin' Donuts. They have 10 people in there and still can't get stuff out. In a timely manner. I've done a better job with half of the staff. Explain to me how 13 people from the drive through can get their drinks before 2 people from dining Get theirs. You're better off going To westbrookfield for your coffee.It'll take you less time to drive there than wait for it this one.
