The wait time here is always absolutely insane… today I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru line for two drinks and hash browns and it’s the last time I’ll waste my time at this location. By the time I got to the window and received my drinks, I was told my food would be right out. I saw a bag on the rack waiting and had a feeling it was mine. Meanwhile I waited an additional almost 10 minutes before they handed me the bag waiting on the rack. There had to have been 6+ people working inside from what I could see and they still can’t properly handle the incoming business. I’ve seen lesser staffed locations handle the same work load so I can only assume it’s a management issue. Go to literally any other location if you can or support another business

Review after review referencing the wait times as a problem yet nothing changes. How is it that you can have 10 people working and the drive-through is still to the road with no movement? I sat in line for two minutes and only one car had their order completed. Keep in mind there's probably 15 cars in line… What a mess!

What is with these wait times? If I hadn't mobile ordered, I would have left. But I'd already paid ahead of arrival. I ordered with a 10 minute window and had to wait an additional 20+ minutes upon arrival.

Hands down the worst dunkin donuts in western massachusetts! We did 35 minutes for a $3.30 hot coffee. That should have taken 30 seconds to make! I used to run a Dunkin' Donuts. They have 10 people in there and still can't get stuff out. In a timely manner. I've done a better job with half of the staff. Explain to me how 13 people from the drive through can get their drinks before 2 people from dining Get theirs. You're better off going To westbrookfield for your coffee.It'll take you less time to drive there than wait for it this one.

It was a good Dunkin’ Donuts clean. I used the restroom that was clean. The people were friendly. I definitely wouldn’t want to use the drive-through on the weekends or those tourist times of the year not that they’re slow, but the line is long. Just a lot of people want coffee all at once, but other than that, I would recommend the place. The only thing I don’t recommend from Dunkin’ Donuts really is the bacon. Why do you put sugar on a piece of the world‘s greatest meat? just a personal opinion.

They’re THE ONLY DD in this city and you can’t fix you hot chocolate machine for those of us that don’t drink coffee on a regular basis. WHOOOO is the crappy incompetent manager that can’t put in a simple work order? What is impeding the way over due process? ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH! Can’t even get DoorDash services because you can’t keep up, can’t handle multitasking.Takes 10-12 min in drive through every time. Get better workers so we may receive better services.
