Forgot a part of our order for take out. So annoying after spending almost 80.00 on two meals and ice cream. Disappointing

It's changed a lot since new owners , still very clean outside on dinning areas, But the staff that took our orders very unfriendly and the food was not as good as it used to be chicken sandwich no taste and the cheese was just slapped on top of it not melted and fried mushrooms were watery inside no taste either , and noticed the ice cream melts very quickly before people walk away from counter very sad food use to be better

Not good here. I called prior to our visit and asked if the chicken in the Caesar wrap was processed or real, I was assured it was real meat. It was nothing but a processed frozen chicken product. It was gross. We won’t visit again

Always love going down to Janines! Mostly for the ice cream but every now and again love getting a bite to eat there. The pot roast poutine is fantastic!!!
