I’m tired of having to ALWAYS wait on something from my order to than find out when I get home that once again I’ve paid for supremes and only got regular. I haven’t eaten Taco Bell in over a year until recently, because of this exact Taco Bell, all they did each time is messed up and remind me why I don’t eat here anymore. On 4/20/2025 my friend mistakenly left her purse behind in this location with a considerable amount of cash inside after we ate there. Since she lives further away, on 4/21/2025 I went back to the restaurant and picked it up for her. Before leaving I checked the contents at her request and found the cash missing from her wallet. I went back into the store and spoke to the gentleman who originally gave me the bag and told him I found that there were some things missing and was wondering if there was camera footage I could see or a number I could get to contact someone about seeing it. He told me he needed to get his boss. When she came to the counter, a woman who I learned is named Chantries and is the GM, was immediately combative, telling me nothing was missing from the bag, that she went through it herself, and started listing off items in the bag. I told her I was not insinuating that she or one of her employees had taken the money, but that if the bag had been there for a while before being found it might’ve been possible another patron had seen it and taken the money. She asked where we sat and I told her directly in the middle of the restaurant and despite pointing out several cameras, she told me this spot was a dead zone and couldn’t be seen by any of them. She went through much of the camera footage of the sitting area on her phone without showing me but only actually offered to show me her going through the bag in the office on camera. I ended up leaving with no real answers and called my friend from the parking lot. Almost immediately after I had gotten into my car, all four staff members that were in the restaurant in the time I had been there including Chantries and one that was previously out there smoking, gathered outside of the building and began talking. I find it incredibly unfortunate that I was unable to help my friend get answers about this significant monetary loss and that the GM felt I was attempting to attack her or the staff as an immediate thought, when, frankly, I would have thought completely otherwise had I not been met with such a terrible response. I will definitely never be bringing my business here again and I hope you think twice too!

Ordered supreme locos taco and it was a broken shell with meat and cheese in it . Secondly the street tacos were missing ingredients , one of them were hollow in the middle like come on while the other one was just chicken and a sprinkle of cheese .
Lastly , gave me a spilled nacho cheese container that they put in one of the fiesta potato containers messy messy .
Not coming back $18 for an order with the only correct thing being the fountain drink I poured myself . If you do in fact come here , make sure its for something prepackaged that can't get messed up . Thanks for listening to my Ted talk

Black bean crunchwrap barely had any black beans in it... Person at the window didn't say a word to me, or even make eye contact. Weird vibe. Not pleasant at all.

The employee taking orders at the drive-thru did not seem to understand how to use the POS system or how to accurately take my order. I might as well go to the McDonald's across the street.

This place is trash. I walked in and the manager started yelling at me because the lobby was closed I guess. If it’s closed lock the door. Extremely rude could’ve just talked to me like a person. The wasn’t allowed to get food from drive thru because I called her out. Maybe she should be replaced clearly shouldn’t be working there. Friday December 6th at like 1030. I won’t be back trash
