Everytime I place an order through delivery they never customize my order to the way I place it, I’ll order a drink with no ice, suddenly I have a drink filled with ice, I ordered lite nacho cheese and PAID for extra sour cream just for it he be the normal amounts, why am I paying extra for extra sour cream if I’m noting getting?

Placed an order through door dash and they literally forgot all the sauce. Now I get to eat these sandpaper tacos without anything to mask the flavor or artificial preservatives. It isn’t hard to read an order slip. Take some pride in your work or find another job

I freaking love the staff!! I’m a dasher and so I stop in throughout the days and nights I’m scheduled. Man they are always pleasant, inform me of any delays on orders and they apologize with sincerity. The food I order is well put together, fresh and the correct temperatures. They make me feel appreciated as well. The only thing that needs a bit of a push is getting the food ready for purchase at opening. But their service absolutely outweighs the 45 minute wait after they open the door in the mornings. It’s the doordash customers that I worry that one day will complain that they waited a long time in the morning for their order. Overall, just a great looking work environment and great service to go along with it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely terrible, I simply asked about nacho fries gave zero attitude and one of the other drive thru ladies chimes in with “don’t give us an attitude” just being rude, literally cried. Then tonight I go and they completely ruin my burrito. Do not get food here. Clearly staff is not properly trained nor do they care about their job. I’d rather put no stars honestly.

I come here all the time and yet tonight they left me astounded with the lack of customer service and care. Waited 30 minutes rn as I’m writing this and was informed 5-6 min ago it had not been started. Please step it up.
Avoid this place of business if you use more than one sauce on your taco because they won’t give it to you per “management”. Then they give you attitude about it and short you the one sauce packet per taco. I ended up ordering 5 tacos and got 3 sauces. Disgusting customer service. I am thankful I was just driving by and don’t actually live near this facility.

Every Taco Bell I've been too I tell I'm allergic to tomatoes and they seem to never listen or not care..When ordering in drive thru tonight 12/14 said what I wanted then said no tomatoes I'm allergic. I get my total and I here the lady say "hey guys on this 2nd order coming up change out your gloves we have a tomato allergy". Made me happy to hear someone taking their starter job seriously. I wish that crew great success in their future.Vegetarian options: Can get any taco/burrito/nachos with beans as your protein instead of chicken/beef.
Worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. Drive up talk mic ran over by a truck. Couldn't hear the person at the window. Even so she didn't know the menu or didn't care. Left immediately with out getting your food. CLOSE THIS LOCATION!!!
