Found this place by accident on a recent trip to western MA. One of the better Italian meals have had outside of the north end in Boston. Super food with all the choices you could want. Many appetizers and mains of chicken, veal, pasta, seafood choices.Now I just have to make the trip to go back again. This meal made a long day from Boston to Western MA and back we'll worth the trip!!Parking: Plenty of free parking

The advertising states "Fine Italian Cuisine" Yes the food is really good, and fair pricing. But that's where fine ends. After almost tripping on the ripped carpeting on the steps while entering, the first thing you'll notice is the smell of wet dog, or a kennel. The service was good, with friendly staff, but the smell. The other minor but annoying thing was being served white wine in a red wine glass, they should know better. Did I mention the smell! If they ozone the place and clean the carpeting we would go back. Until then, Milanos it is.....

I ate here today for the 2nd time.. i ordered a meatball and pepperoni calzone.. this thing was amazing easily top 5 i ever had and ive had some good ones.. red rose milanos sofias in windsor.. i been around.. i am also a chef so take my word get calzones from this place.. they are phenomenal

Family atmosphere, decent waitstaff.I had a meal that was very disappointing, chicken saltimbocca.....covered in too much cheese, swimming in a plate of butter and cheese fat, bland mushrooms, salty, too much prosciutto. Really a sad dish.

My wife absolutely loves Teresa‘s. The food is always good. Very very consistent. It has been for the last 30 years that I’ve been going there. My wife loves Italian food and will drive all the way there from Westfield because it’s so good. Myself I’ve had so many different meals from prime rib to shrimp scampi. Every single time everything is delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in order to get in with a wheelchair. It is at the bar entrance, and then you can get into the main restaurant.

I attended a show there. They really have their game together! Food was excellent and service was seamless.
We've passed this place many times on our Sunday drives, and decided to stop today. On a side note, we never stop at Italian restaurants because the menus are typically filled with things I make at home. As we pulled into the parking lot, I quickly looked up reviews and was really encouraged.As soon as we walked in the door, the smells hit, and I knew the reviews had to be true.Our waitress, Diane was great, and the rolls and oil delicious. It was 3 in the afternoon, so the place was on the quiet side.Update- We have been to Teresa's many times since the first ! We LOVE it. Never had a bad meal, servers are great, atmosphere wonderful.
Recommended dishes: Rolls, Party Pizza, Haddock Florentine with Spinach and a Creamy Lemon Sauce, Fried Scallops with French Fries, Spicy Calamari, Steak Fries
Went in tonight and had clam strips and surf n turf. Prime rib was melt in your mouth, cooked perfect! We ordered the Brussels sprouts, by recommendation from our server, and was not disappointed! Everything was wonderful- our waitress Kitty was friendly and attentive we will definitely be back with a larger group! Keep being awesome Teresa’s!
