At 11pm on a Saturday, my daughter and wife needed to use the restroom and this super generous employee unlocked the doors for them. ( the McDonald's closed their dining room early and we're rude when we asked ) thank you Burger King!!

After waiting 15 minutes in line the employee on the intercom cut me off mid-sentence and told to pull up to the window before I could even complete half of my order. Waited another 10 minutes in line without it moving so I left without receiving any of my order.

i go to this burger king a lot. they always have the dinning room shut down at certain times & it’s annoying when there is a long line in the drive thru. food is always cold or not made right NOR is cooked all the way thru.. don’t recommend. i ordered onion rings.. why is there a chicken nugget in there..

This is definitely the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The service from the night shift employees is absolutely terrible. They are rude and show a complete lack of courtesy. If they’re not happy with their job, the least they could do is quit instead of taking it out on the customers. I believe their salary comes from our pockets, so we expect to be treated with respect. A frustrating and completely disappointing experience. The girl asked me to leave the store and wait outside, saying she would bring the order to me. The order was for two whoppers. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes, and she didn’t bring the order. I had to try to pick it up through the drive-thru. It’s worth mentioning that this happened around 7:00 PM. That was the most disrespectful thing that has ever happened to me.

Most of my order was missing and they told me to just reorder it if I wanted it right. And this was roughly 2:30pm, basically the end of lunch rush. Food arrived completely cold, order tasted weird and left me with an upset stomach. Clearly in need of new employees. Will not be eating here again until customer service and quality improvements are made. As someone who works in food service, i really expected better.

Fiery menu, the new fiery menu advertised inside and out. Five times over the last 30 days, and there's none! Take the advertising down! Other than that, a burger king is a burger king.
