This is definitely the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The service from the night shift employees is absolutely terrible. They are rude and show a complete lack of courtesy. If they’re not happy with their job, the least they could do is quit instead of taking it out on the customers. I believe their salary comes from our pockets, so we expect to be treated with respect. A frustrating and completely disappointing experience. The girl asked me to leave the store and wait outside, saying she would bring the order to me. The order was for two whoppers. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes, and she didn’t bring the order. I had to try to pick it up through the drive-thru. It’s worth mentioning that this happened around 7:00 PM. That was the most disrespectful thing that has ever happened to me.

Most of my order was missing and they told me to just reorder it if I wanted it right. And this was roughly 2:30pm, basically the end of lunch rush. Food arrived completely cold, order tasted weird and left me with an upset stomach. Clearly in need of new employees. Will not be eating here again until customer service and quality improvements are made. As someone who works in food service, i really expected better.

They are very slow and close doors for in dining way too early. Go to McDonald's their dinning room is open at night. Don't waste your time even getting out of your car at 7:10pm because they lock the doors. That's ridiculous!
This place is unbelievable. Some girl took our order last night repeated it back to us multiple times and I was thinking wow this person's really efficient which is unusual for fast food restaurants. Anyway she hands us the bag which was two burgers and two fries. So we drive away and go to find a place to eat and open the bag and it's only one burger!. Like what the hell you repeated the order back to me three times and then forgot 3/4 of it. I guess it's my own fault for not examining the bag because I was in a rush to get home. But completely unacceptable and even if I was to go back it's not like anything will get done about it. This place is an absolute dump and thieves. How incompetent can you be to put one burger in a bag and then slam the window shut meanwhile almost everything is missing. Not to mention the outrageous prices for trash food. Never again but especially this location
