Went to Cape Cod Coffee for a birthday lunch. Loved the place upon arrival but they proceeded to sit us at a table in the corner that had such a cold draft we couldn’t even sit there with our coats on. We asked if they could turn off whatever was blowing on us & the response was no, that there’s just a draft there that they can’t do anything about. So we ordered drinks & decided to move to the bar. The spicy Bloody Mary looked amazing, wish I had gotten a picture of it. One person ordered a Dewars on the rocks & got an O’Douls. When he mentioned it was wrong & that he had ordered a Dewars, the waitress giggled & said she didn’t know what that was. We told her & were told they don’t have that. At that point we were annoyed & decided to leave & the waitress ask if we were going to pay for the drinks since they cannot void alcohol in MA. I couldn’t believe it! Horrible customer service! Will never be back & will remain disappointed that I didn’t even get a single sip of what was a beautiful Bloody Mary or get to try their pizza 🫤

Slow service, decent pizza. The nachos were the most overpriced item I’ve ever had on a menu for what you’re given, barely any toppings and if you want meat it’s an extra $6. Asked for nitro cold brew, got regular cold brew. Waitress didn’t ask us how are meals are, if we wanted any water, how are food was, or anything, practically had to beg to order food after our appetizers came. The bingo was nice though and the ambience was great.

Went to CCC this morning for breakfast. We were promptly sat and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years so I understand firsthand how stressful and demanding restaurant work can be - but what we experienced was unacceptable.
First problem - my sister ordered pancakes.. you would imagine that $16 pancakes would warrant real maple syrup to be on the menu. Nope. Pancakes were chewy and had no flavor.
Second problem - I ordered chicken sausage and sitting right on top was a HAIR. A disgusting, curly, dark brown hair just sitting right on top of the plate. I can't believe no one noticed. When I brought it to the servers attention she took it and brought me a new one and said "I had the bald cook make this one for you." Ok? Gross. the new ones were cold in the middle also. Then I said they forgot my home fries and she said how they have been struggling back there because they're short staff and offered to take it off of my bill. The server was kind and gave us a $3 discount and I don't think she was really a problem but maybe could have been more professional in her responses. ANYWAY this place is disgusting and truly cannot believe we spent over $50 on hair and basically nothing.
Good food. Great service. Very noisy atmosphere.

NEW COOK ALERT...A new cook hired and it's NOT good!! I have regularly ordered food from this location for a couple of years, as I worked in the Industrial Park nearby. I went for breakfast today and as soon as the waitress put the plate down in front of me I said, "you have a new cook?", just by looking at the food on the plate. Scrambled eggs dripping with grease and overcooked and brown, undercooked pancakes, homefries so hard you couldn't put a fork in them or they just crumbled to pieces. The waitress was kind and tried to have them redo some of the items which were equally disgusting. I have always raved about the breakfast here...but now, the only thing I can say is.. its good, depending on who's cooking. $60 for 2 full breakfasts and an order of pancakes that never got eaten because it was so gross! Be a long while before I go back! If you dare try, Good Luck on your visit here...hope you get the good cook!

I just stood at the front counter for 10 plus minutes. No one else in line, yet zero service !! Not even eye contact from a single employee. I do not recommend this place.

Overall, it was just OK. Food was nothing special, if not below-average especially for the price. Waitress looked distressed despite it being quite slow, but she was nice enough. She got confused about common ingredients used in items on the menu which was a bit concerning. Loud, 2010s-era explicit music played from a speaker next to my table which didn't match the family-friendly/casual coffeehouse vibe I expected from this place, especially at 10am on a Tuesday. It took a long time for our orders to be taken and for food to be served, again despite it being slow. But most importantly (given the name "Cape Cod Coffee") the coffee was actively bad. I ordered just a hot latte, a very standard drink, and it was hardly a latte—milk was not properly aerated, and left an off-putting taste in my mouth. Either the barista wasn't properly trained how to steam milk, the wand hadn't been cleaned, or both. I'm glad I tried Cape Cod Coffee as I had been wanting to for a while. The place was clean and the location is convenient. Still, I won't be returning.

My husband and I went for the first time last night for dinner. The food was excellent and the chef deserves all the credit. One of the best meals we have had in a long time and prices are really reasonable. I didn't give it 5 stars because the atmosphere is just ok. We sat at the bar and had to move seats because the lights above us were absolutely blinding but better once we moved. We would definitely go back!

We went on a Friday afternoon for the kids make-your-own pizza with Bluey even. Service was slow, which was expected due to the event, but it took 25 minutes from sitting down to receiving our drinks. The wings were great, the burger was just okay. I would probably go again if there isn't an event going on.

Stumbled on CCC yesterday looking for a latte on the way home from the Cape. Stopped in with my wife and friends and were treated to a delicious cup of coffee and pleasant staff! We’ll definitely be back!
