Our local Chili’s never disappoints. The food is always fresh and delicious especially the honey chipotle tenders, which are hands down my absolute favorite. Huge shoutout to the cooks for consistently putting out great food. What really stands out though is the staff, even during my most recent visit on a busy Friday night, every employee was friendly and pleasant no stress or frustration in sight. Chili’s is always my go to when I’m looking to enjoy a great meal and a great atmosphere. ☺️

What used to be my favorite let me down in a big way last nite. Waited 30 mins longer than told for it to be cold at best. Wasnt like they were busy.

The one thing that I need to leave a review on is the cleanliness of this Chilis in Wareham It was so clean, from the first step into the building, to the booth, to the bathroom. It was so clean and made me feel like I needed to leave a review for that team! Kudos to you guys!

I’m not a huge fan of chains but we decided to go to the wareham Chili’s because my father loves Chili’s. They treated us with so much respect that my father said “wow they treated us better than in CA” The service was outstanding and made us feel at home. I will be giving Chili’s more visits after the service we received. My family was extremely happy and is looking forward to attending the wareham Chili’s on their next visit to east coast.

New menu. Burgers are $14.99+ & ours were noticeably thinner & dry. We had ordered medium-rare. Not @ all tasty like they used to be. Fries were limp. The chocolate brownie à la mode was crunchy around the edges (stale) & didn’t taste as good as they used to. After 6:30 or so, the music was turned up too loud. I was a long-time customer & don't plan on returning any time soon.

The attendant was nice to me. The food was sweet, so it was hard to eat. The french fries were sweet and they were gross. It looked really dirty and just most of them sucked.

Beware of doing takeout here. Consistently missing items from the packed order.
Lost me as a customer but if you decide to use their pickup service then make sure you go through the trouble of unpacking and repacking the order before you drive home and then find thst you have to drive back, a 2nd time, to pick up missing itemS.
Additionally, do not expect any store compensation or a sincere understanding from the employee that their line mistake just ruined a household's dinner (ie. make a 2nd round-trip and enjoy reheated dry food when you get back home. While everyone else has finished their meals).
Of course I'll expect the standard bot corporate response here. No thank you, Chili's. You are beyond redemption.
