The quality of food is usually very good. The staff is good as well. Parking can be a challenge, but it is handicapped accessible. Their prices are sky high since 2021, but you can't blame them... We can only blame the people who vote for Democrats since they're the ones who have made our economy crumble on purpose & turned our once great nation into a hellscape. Try the crab rangoons ??

Rice was dry, teriyaki couldn't chew, chicken more like a hockey puck. Just wanted a refund brought entire meal back, the owner started yelling at me, very unprofessional, rude.

It’s good food but I don’t appreciate the skimped beef teriyaki sticks. And don’t plan to order at night unless you want dry ribs. Other than that A for effort ?

We were making homemade fried rice, but needed some egg rolls and crab Rangoon to make the meal complete. So we ran to China Chef and very happy that we did, The egg rolls were homemade and nice and thick. The crab Rangoon were fresh and loaded with flavor. We wouldn't hesitate to come here again for extras or to get a meal!

The customer service at this restaurant is atrocious. The first time we had an issue with this restaurant, I was cursed out and screamed at by an associate over not knowing about a policy they claimed they had (after ordering multiple times from there) that they required to see ID at the door when they delivered our food. Last night, our order took 2.5 hours to be delivered. When I placed the order, the manager informed me it would be a little over an hour. 2.5 hours is much longer than "over an hour". I called 1.5 hours into waiting to get an update to which they told me the only delivery driver they had would be there in 15 minutes. We were more than patient. When the delivery driver called me for directions, I provided her directions from the restaurant to our apartment building. She then corrected me and told me she was coming from another delivery so she wasn't coming from that direction. My boyfriend who waited at the door for the delivery could see the delivery driver parked across the street while on the phone with me. I then gave her correct instructions based on where she told me she was. She then told me that was not where she was. I tried to give her directions, but she kept interrupting me. After nearly 2.5 hours of waiting and it being 9pm (after ordering at 6:45), we got our dinner which was cold, and not good. I followed up with the manager today, since we both work early hours in the morning and went directly to bed, and the manager was ridiculously rude. I explained the situation, was more than polite about it, however the manager said that "that is not my problem, you should've called and said you didn't want it anymore, you need to give the driver directions". She said that it was unacceptable for me to call today instead of last night and she will not refund us for the food that is currently sitting in my garbage. Well, after waiting 2.5 hours and needing to be up at 4am the following day, I went to bed after eating some of the below average Chinese food, thinking I could call today on my lunch break to discuss this with a professional manager, which it seems they lack here. It seems like they do not care about customers being happy, but just want your money for their crappy food. I will NEVER purchase from a business that has absolutely no customer service values. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, this is never how you speak to someone regardless of the resolution. Overpriced. Rude. And we were more than patient to wait an hour and a half for food, but to wait almost 2.5 hours is absurd.

By far the worst Chinese food I've ever eating, I've had better from the freezer at grocery store!! The beef teriyaki on stick was tough as shoe leather, the chicken wings were still bleeding, never again!!!

Just bought from China Chef aboit 30 min ago. I want to start by saying the chow mein is delicious. But the rest was disgusting. My husband ordered the beef lo mein combo. He took one bite of the lo mein and said it had a bad taste. I took a bite to see what he meant and spit it out immediately. The rice also had an off taste that stayed in your mouth. He became sick within minutes. We also ordered chicken fingers which looked like they soaked in the grease. I feel we paid $40+ for food that was thrown immediately. Don't waste your money like we did, go somewhere who can make decent food.

This is my favorite hole-in-the-wall place it's not somewhere you got to sit down and get the Nostalgia of Chinese nostalgia. Best spring roll and Ever Had hands down! Because I try them everywhere I go and this is by far the best. Also everything else is always great I haven't had a complaint in 3 years!
