Chipotle Mexican Grill

I haven't been to a chipotle in over 5 years, and after last night I will never be going back again. It's a Wednesday night, not busy at all, and the place was dirty! All the tables were dirty and even the beverage station was a mess. After I almost finish my burrito I found a hair.

Just left chipotle Wareham, got home to eat my meal, I didn't know that white rice is supposed to be crunchy. The entire bowl of rice is rock hard.

i am not sure what these bad reviews are about, i've never had a bad experience here ever, i go fairly often too.

Most rude manager I've ever met. Young pompas,@zz wouldn't come back for free.

Absolute trash don’t waste your money

The building is a tad bit crowded with the sit down room feeling more like an after throught. The service is quick and polite witht the food bring good but still not perfect.

It was busy for a Friday night. Every worker was still very helpful and in good spirits. They were also doing a great job to keep the line stocked with ingredients. Props to the great team tonight!

Sometimes it's good, most of the time it's not. We order at least once a month. It is puzzling how a place that makes Mexican inspired food is CONSTANTLY out of onions and peppers. I have a ton of allergies so I have a very limited amount of choices. I get carnitas, white rice, black beans, and EXTRA fajita vegetables. I am lucky if I get vegetables in 20% of my orders. The carnitas often have big blobs of inedible fat, otherwise, the whole bowl is very dry with the exception of 1 out of 5 times that I get vegetables on it. It's not cheap. If my son didn't love the burritos, I would have stopped ordering a long time ago.

I've done chipotle catering throughout the years for meal prep and I have one container less of meat, half the beans I normally get and less shredded cheese. Do better....

The best food service interaction I have ever had just happened. I have only had bites of my friends’ Chipotle orders, but I haven’t eaten (it’s 2:00pm) and am running countless errands for a wedding. JAMES DEREE from the Wareham Chipotle showed up!!! He helped me figure out what goes well together (based on me telling my preferences) and delivered top quality service. I know it can sound insignificant, but James made my day. Needing food can feel silly, but it fueled me for the rest of the afternoon, evening & through all of my errands. Love James at Waltham Chipotle!

I’ve gotten chipotle so many times and at first my bowls were worth the price I’m paying but recently I’ve noticed how portions are beyond stingy and honestly disrespectful at this point. Barely any rice or meat but so much sour cream that I can’t even eat it??

Honestly, very upset with Wareham chipotle as a frequent goer to specifically this chipotle, I have seen a steady decline in customer service portions and overall quality of the food. All I can taste in my chipotle bowl is cilantro and they gave no more than six pieces of chicken. Very disappointed

Horrible customer service. People here seem miserable and have no manners. Chipotle has gone downhill. People used to be more welcoming and friendly. And our food was burnt.
