My daughter & I finally decided to stop in to eat at COSI today. We were both impressed with COSI. My daughter had a chicken sandwich on flat bread. ( delis) and I had chicken Caesar with a cup of Tomato Basil soup ( delis). Would we go back.. MOST DEFINITELY!! Loved the atmosphere and the costumers it brings in

This place had filthy, sticky front register counters as well as the entire drink bar area and the majority of the tables. The 2 slivers of lemons for tea were old and squishy, the counter person was rude and had a cut on her finger where I could see blood thru her band-aid. My food was uncooked, literally, with 2 tiny olives, 1 chunky onion slice, etc. Had to ask them to cook my melt. Even after getting my sandwich back it was soggy and inedible. When bringing all of this to the manager he shrugged and told me this is all an ongoing problem but didn't remedy any of it. This was the worst place I've eaten in a very long time. I had to go next door and order food somewhere else afterwards.

Good food, friendly staff. The food options are very tasty with flat bread sandwiches, mini pizzas etc. Prices are a bit high for what you get, hence the loss of one star. Overall still a decent value for the money.
This is an awesome cafe, people are nice and right at the start I got a free entree just to download their app. I am a vegetarian so it hard for me to find a good and healthy place. I give them 5 stars

I was happy that I could get a "mini" sandwich and had a choice of carrots or chips. The hummus and veggie on toasted whole grain bread was delicious! The fresh basil leaves made this an outstanding sandwich! Blueberry smash lemonade was so refreshing. The staff was cheerful and accomodating. We will be back!!
