Bought a woopie pie and a cupcake of the day, total 10.00. Woopie pie could have bought the same or better much cheaper at shows or s&s. The filling wasn't even whipped cream. The cupcake of the day was super sweet and stale. Not sure what day it was from but not from that day. Not impressed, will not buy from again.

The website lists orange creamsicle cupcake's on their menu as an in stock item. I went to the Wareham MA store as soon as they opened today to pick up some of the orange cupcakes for my wifeâs birthday, which is also today and was told they donât make them until the end of the month. These were not caveated on the website as a summer only product. I asked if they could make some today, I was told they could make some although they wouldnât be ready until tomorrow. That is poor service. I brought to the managerâs attention their website is misleading as it says the orange cupcakes are on the menu. This fact didn't seem to matter to her. I donât believe Iâm being unreasonable to think a bakery should be able to make cupcakes in less than 24 hour. Cupcake Charlies used to be my go to bakery, but not anymore. Their unwillingness to make it right because their website is wrong is unacceptable.

Went in and spent $90 on a cake for wifeâs Birthday cake which happened to fall on New Yearâs Day. Asked for a 1/2 new year themed cake, and 1/2 birthday themed cake thinking that would be easy enough especially for $90. When I go to pick it up it looks like a toddlers first time making a cake with the words happy birthday and new years in big black lettering. Highly upset and disgusted with the product I payed for. Do not recommend at all.
Love this place... I have a sweet tooth and the pastries here are ultra sweet and rich (My favorite is the gooey pecan butter bars). They use real buttercream on their cupcakes which is the best. And, the staff is friendly and always willing to answer questions.I even ordered a Funfetti cake from here for my brotherâs birthday this past summer, and while on the pricier side, it was bigger than I expected and looked absolutely flawless. Was delicious too!
