Went in and spent $90 on a cake for wife’s Birthday cake which happened to fall on New Year’s Day. Asked for a 1/2 new year themed cake, and 1/2 birthday themed cake thinking that would be easy enough especially for $90. When I go to pick it up it looks like a toddlers first time making a cake with the words happy birthday and new years in big black lettering. Highly upset and disgusted with the product I payed for. Do not recommend at all.

Love this place... I have a sweet tooth and the pastries here are ultra sweet and rich (My favorite is the gooey pecan butter bars). They use real buttercream on their cupcakes which is the best. And, the staff is friendly and always willing to answer questions.I even ordered a Funfetti cake from here for my brother’s birthday this past summer, and while on the pricier side, it was bigger than I expected and looked absolutely flawless. Was delicious too!

Supposed to be open until 8:00. Arrived just after 6:00 and all locked up. Don’t advertise your hours and not stick to them. Won’t be back!
This is one of my favorite little spots to enjoy a sweet treat. After running errands sometimes you just need to treat yourself! This restaurant is always really clean and the staff have always been really helpful. The available cupcake flavors are rotated so you never know what your choices will be. I can honestly say I've never left with a bad choice. Everything I have tried has been amazing and flavorful. If you have toddlers who just eat the frosting (or you and you don't want to admit it) you can purchase frosting cups. They also have other items for sale, but my main focus is always the cupcakes.

CHOOSE THIS PLACE - whatever your need is; cupcakes, cake, custom cake, choose Charlie's. My original baker bailed on me last minute. I live in FL and needed a cake for my daughter's birthday. They took this order on a Friday afternoon and had my custom cake and cupcakes ready on Monday afternoon. Pleasant, helpful, and wonderful people. I sent a couple of picks and HOLY COW Michaela came through. My daughter absolutely loved it. From the design and decoration, to the taste. It was flawless. Look no further choose Charlie's. It was a perfect experience. They have my Mass business for as long as they are open. Kudos Charlie's (Michaela is a keeper) 12 out of 10 experience. Thanks so much. P.S.
