Always seem nice and have quick service inside. The drive thru line is too long for me!

I ordered a mobile order and sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a coffee while they took everyone that came in after me. My sandwich was cold by the time I got my coffee . She then tells me they don't make the mobile order because don't pick them up. Sure just waste my entire break , I ordered ahead for a reason.

Linda the manger is phenomenal. Another dunkin experience was so very unpleasant, Linda asked me to come in she spoke to me, kindly perfect management skills l. She has the best management skills I have ever experienced she’s Patient and kind and really sweet, her staff was also pleasant and looked happy to be there, everyone is kind. Linda Should be the model of how all managers should be managing their franchise.

I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. I went on a busy Sunday and everyone who worked there. It was extremely courteous and very very fast to get stuff out. I think they did a great job and they’re one of the only places around that has frosted jelly sticks.

Super rude lady up front inside. Made me feel very unwelcome. Her replies were very rude and unhelpful. Management needs to retrain these people to deal with customers correctly or hire new people that can serve the community better.

What's been going on with this place?? Used to be so fast in the morning now I can't even stop to get my kids breakfast before school because the line is wrapped around the building same car sitting there for 10 minutes. All these new faces what happened to the usual morning girls?? This place is going downhill get some new management.

i went to dunkin with 30 minutes to spare before my practice. i order a drink with a sandwich, hashbrowns and bagel minis. i had two worker refuse right in front of me not to make my order of food. then i processed to stand there waiting for 15 minutes just for my food. ridiculous.

DD has really changed and sooo expensive just for a simple small cream coffee. 👎🏼
And to expect a tip just to do your job , pour a cup of coffee, is ridiculous. Now if I'm sitting indoors and being waited on well that's a different.
