What's been going on with this place?? Used to be so fast in the morning now I can't even stop to get my kids breakfast before school because the line is wrapped around the building same car sitting there for 10 minutes. All these new faces what happened to the usual morning girls?? This place is going downhill get some new management.

i went to dunkin with 30 minutes to spare before my practice. i order a drink with a sandwich, hashbrowns and bagel minis. i had two worker refuse right in front of me not to make my order of food. then i processed to stand there waiting for 15 minutes just for my food. ridiculous.

DD has really changed and sooo expensive just for a simple small cream coffee. 👎🏼
And to expect a tip just to do your job , pour a cup of coffee, is ridiculous. Now if I'm sitting indoors and being waited on well that's a different.

Well after 3 weeks going to this establishment you would think they would get the oder right. Sometimes the workers are smug and snooty. When the customer asks for 10 sugar in his coffee you don't put 3. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Dunkin. Need to get better staff.

Slow drive thru, but they were short staffed. Got an extra donut for the wait time. It was delicious and the staff were very apologetic and nice

Just paid almost 8 dollars for a cup of milk and ice. Your drive through communication sounds like its broken. Sadly I don't have time to return so now that 8 dollars is lost. Who would order a latte with no espresso and only milk and pay almost 8 dollars? Hopefully the trash barrel enjoyed it at least. I was so busy cleaning up the fact that it was so overfull it was spilling all over to realize it was allmilk.

Disgusting management. was waiting for my food and seen an employee in the back coughing like she had pneumonia then coming back on the floor without washing her hands. Whole crew looked sick. Who let's people work like that? This is why the whole city is sick cause of management like this that don't send people home.

Need some cleaning...pick up napkins & organize area near door for to go orders. No one greeted you when entering business. Staff talking among themselves...

Parking: Plenty of parking due to more local businesses in plaza.
