Great group of people friendly but don’t listen or care for your concerns, I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese (they always put it on it never ever here in the morning but the afternoon shift does), she repeated it to me twice. She gives me a plain bagel instead with cream cheese off to the side and says the order was correct when it was clearly wrong. I didn’t want to cause a scene over a bagel so I left. Manager seemed to not care either very unprofessional. Will never be coming back here in the morning thanks for wasting my time and $8 drink was also wrong too.

Absolutely one of the worst dunkin' donuts.I have ever been in store was completely dirty.Countertops weren't wiped down coffee all over them.Dirty napkinsThe woman on the phone makingThe coffees was talking to her husband about her.Her plans tonight waited fifteen minutes for a black coffee.I'd avoid this place.

This place has the most terrible service at any shop. I've been here 4 times in a row. Closest to my house, and I have to wait 10/15m to place a single coffee order. Cuz their out back not workin. When they do take ur order. It's how dare you interrupt them. Suckin their teeth and rude. When u get ur hot coffee. It will be cold 🤦♂️ go to a different location if u can!

When I was at the drive-thru the person making the sandwiches was eating and preparing the sandwiches how gross putting food in her mouth instead of preparing the sandwich. If she stopped stuffing the food in her mouth that bagel would of been prepared faster. I was in line for 20 minutes. This is the fourth time I came here it's 20 minute wait to get to the window. This happened at late morning on September 19 2025.

This is the absolute worst dunkin to go to. Employees clearly hate their job and it is regularly backed up. You’d be better off going to South America and picking coffee beans yourself and going home to brew them

This is the worst dunks in Massachusetts. Never go here. They served me burnt coffee I went in to explain and was treated absolutely terrible. I stated that the coffee tasted burnt and the response was "I CAN TRY AND REMAKE IT!". She acted like I was bothering her but all 3 employees were standing around. She made a new one, slammed it down and walked away. I said "A simple sorry would have been nice." She turned stomped up to me and said "I didn't make it and if you don't like it do to a different dunks." I asked for her manager who happend to be standing there and her response was "Go to a different dunks and don't come here again". They acted like a gang and as if I was a bother for having the nerve to interrupt them. I have never in my life had customer service as bad as this.
Awful service extremely disrespectful employee disrespected multiple customers while I was there the customer asked for a manager the employee continued to be extremely disrespectful to him manager said absolutely nothing to her there are several other Dunkin' Donuts in the area I highly recommend going to any other one there should be a zero star option
