These reviews sum up my experience as well at this location. Super rude at the drive thru. Literally told me I don't have common sense because I didn't know that purchasing food and gift cards has to be in two different transactions. Manager came over and was just as unprofessional and rude. This place is garbage and has gathered a rep in Wareham now. Go elsewhere. Next stop ... The DM

Angela was very courteous and competent. I was in the store several months ago and was treated very badly
By a rude person to the point where I started crying (and I’m 67 years old!!!).
Angela came to the rescue and took care of my order. I returned a couple of days ago and tipped her to thank her for her kindness. She’s a keeper!!

I’m getting really sick of being told my refresher that I pay full price for will be used with water instead of green tea because it’s after 8:30pm. This is inexcusable and I will not be going here anymore on my break. Today is may 7 2024 at 8:45pm and the girl working was extremely rude about the whole situation. This will be the very last time I come here mark my words.

I went to place an order at 2:25pm today. The cashier just looked at me and never said a word while she counted the cash in her register. 2 minutes passed by without a word. If you don’t like your job, QUIT. Sales 101- Acknowledge the customer within a reasonable period of time.

I’ve never been to a more consistently glacial Dunks. Whether I’m behind one car or four cars I’m going to spend at least 15 minutes in the drive-through. Beyond that, often there’s someone manning the drive through whose have lengthy and casual conversations with people she knows in the line. How’s your sister is kind, but this isn’t really the place for a full run down of every medical issue every family member is experiencing or an update on the relationship drama.
