It costs nothing to be kind. And at this location you couldn’t even pay the workers to be decent. I don’t care how bad of a day you’re having, to take your frustrations or even just not have basic customer service skills is awful.

Are you going to look at yourself in the mirror every day and sincerely be happy with that type of attitude? Seriously. I have not been having the best mental health recently to be absolutely and dumbly honest in a Google review lol. And MAN did that comment make me upset.
I took 20 seconds. The automatic “hello” message they use glitched. I didn’t know. I swear to you — a 20 second delay isn’t going to hurt the one car in the line behind me.

Absolutely the worst location around. If I could give zero stars I would. Staff swearing, yelling, and arguing with each other. Food takes forever to get. After you pay, they tell you they dont have what you paid for. Horrible customer service. They should all be fired

I wish I could give a zero star. I was getting ready to order my coffee as I see a young lady walk in with bandages on her fingers from a burn she got on those cheap ovens that they never cook fully through as I over hear the MANAGER & ANOTHER coworker I think it was an assistant but the way she talked sounded childish they were taunting the lady about how she got hurt so someone tell me how it’s just a “burn” honey I would love too see you put your hand on that thing so I could tell you the same thing this is what happens while you allow ignorant people in the franchise. May god be with all them “grown” little adults

Frequent the drive-through, it can get a little busy, but the quality of the coffee is excellent, and the staff are great. Bring a dog, and they will be happy to treat them to something special. Leave a tip because they deserve it.
