Drive thru purchase for coffee and donuts. Not a long line but the wait was incredible. Service SLOW. 2 coffees two donuts. When we reached the window, we had to wait for the small coffee.... really??!!

Count me in as one who had a positive experience at this Dunkin' Donuts, which I came across while on holiday when my daughter wanted to check out the indoor flea market across the divided highway.
Get a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich and stroll around the flea market.
The counter staff were friendly and efficient, the signature coffee fantastic, and the place was clean.
Locals and tourists alike seem to frequent the place, and ample free parking makes the spot an easy place to pull in and out of.

Asked for a simple bacon egg and cheese, should not be that hard to make correctly but apparently it was considered they forgot to put the damn egg on the sandwich let alone the extra cheese that was supposed to be on it too, honestly made me very disappointed the workers never pay attention to anything they’re doing and will 100% always forget an item whether it’s a donut, a sandwich or even a whole coffee it’s actually ridiculous to think how much money I’ve wasted on food they don’t have or didn’t make correctly cause they weren’t paying attention, there have also been multiple times where they have completely shut off there ovens and you couldn’t even get any food, and if you use the app they won’t refund you any money they will just tell you “the app does it somehow”

It's a decent Dunkin Donuts. When I came in in the late morning, there was a small line. I used the bathroom and when I came out, everyone was gone. Lady at the counter was nice and so was the girl that handed me my bag. Bathroom was clean. The hand dryer was ridiculous though and kept turning off, so it took forever to dry my hands. Overall, definitely recommend.

Typical Dunkin’ store with minimum indoor seating. This location is primarily for drive through and take out. As the store is on a principal through street, it does a brisk business. Drive through window and ample parking.

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' recently. One of the senior staff members was extremely rude to a new employee, speaking in a harsh and disrespectful tone in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to witness, and honestly, quite unprofessional.
I hope management takes this seriously. Senior staff should be setting an example by being supportive—not tearing others down. Please consider providing better training on respectful communication and team support.
